3After months of our family stressing over the coming transition of my grandmother into care, the team of incredible staff and carers at Brightwater Inglewood have put us all at ease and we couldn't be happier. The facilities are warm and inviting, with a playground and sitting area near the entrance. There is clearly a high priority being placed on hygiene and cleanliness as the entire facility presents immaculately, which is obviously quite reassuring. The staff have been incredibly helpful, professional and welcoming, making us all immediately feel part of a little community. We are all, including my grandmother, so happy with the whole experience with Brightwater so far and can't recommend it enough.
It was lovely to join the residents at Brightwater Inglewood for their recent Christmas Party. The entertainment and food were great - a big thank you to the on-site chef. Fr Christmas was a hoot. I have never seen one do twerking before! The residents all seem very relaxed and to enjoy each other's company. The facilities are new and impressive, and we always feel welcomed by the friendly staff. Big thumbs up from me.
Wonderfully attentive staff. Marvelous new buildings. More like a "five star hotel" than an "aged care facility". Suited for those who need high levels of care.
