Professional, knowledgeable, friendly also generally quick to get an appointment compared to others in the area, ive used them for 5yrs now

Best GP clinic north of the river, and my usual for the better part of half a decade. All of the doctors here are fantastic. Dr Von Kruger in particular always leaves me a voicemail letting me know of my results and is very proactive in organising tests and referrals. Dr May is incredibly kind and compassionate and always shows respect. Dr Chen is one of the best GP’s I have been to and is super knowledgeable, thorough, and explanatory. The only downside to this practice is their wait times exceeding 30+ minutes in most instances. I would definitely recommend calling the practice in advance and asking if the doctor is running late. The receptionists are always helpful and facilitating of care and will let you know if the doctor is behind. Would highly recommend any of the doctors at Brighton Beach and will continue using their services!

Outstanding treatment from attentive and professional staff- both medical and admin. I was never felt to hurry with my consult, and always got prompt feedback if any was necessary. I can highly recommend this practice, in particular Dr. Anton Kruger and Dr. Belinda.

Highly recommended. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Receptionists, nurses and doctors are all fabulous and you can have blood tests done before you leave.

I really appreciate this surgery, the doctor I see is usually on time & provides excellent care.

Doctor was curt, I do not see a set doctor which did not bode well, I had seen him when I broke a finger and with my children. He spent time going through blood tests from September 2022 which I did not ask for, or relevant to visit and costing me time. When I tried to address purpose of visit was told I was covering a lot and should book an appointment with the last doctor I seen who is no more familiar to me then him, extremely disappointing, charged for a long visit, not happy, will invest in doctor shopping for someone consistent which I thank this doctor for in another practice with family.

I receive excellent service and treatment at BBMC.
I have been a patient at BBMC for many years. I travel from Mirrabooka to Merriwa to see my doctor and have done this for years, it's around a 30-minute trip each way.
All the staff reception, nurse's doctors are all terrific people.

My first visit to Brighton Beach Medical Centre was excellent. The staff - doctors, nurses, receptionists (everyone) - were so friendly, polite and kind.

Brighton Beach were very kind and understanding. They were fully booked but made an effort to squeeze my daughter in. Dr Olivier was brilliant with my 8 year old daughter who was made to feel at ease. Great customer service all round!

Brilliant clinic and staff. Dr Otto Olivier is such an amazing and gifted GP, we feel very blessed to have him look after us so well. All the reception staff are wonderful and the Phlebotomist (Paula) is a gem! Well done BBMC

The ability to make an appointment the same day online was a nice surprise however after being a patient of BBMC for over 15 years I was disappointed to be charged over $90 for a consult. Perhaps long term patients can be afforded the benefit of bulk billing now you charge for consults? Just a though

Doctors and staff are very friendly and east to talk to. They are well trained and experienced but most of all they are professionals that have a heart.

True to form all at this practice are “top shelf”

A top draw, caring practice. From Lulu in reception as well as the other front staff go above and beyond to help. This is not a rare occurrence here and although I avoid doctors when I have needed assistance they have been there for me.
My house doctor is an angel of mercy and has contacted me outside office hours to assist me. This in my experience is a rare occurrence.
The other doctors in the practice are equally efficient and take time out to listen to the patients (mine) litany of complaints instilling confidence in the patient.
All in all I would recommend this practice to all.

My first visit to this Practice as a new patient and I was extremely impressed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Oliver Chen really took time to listen to my history and explained the referrals and treatment plans.
