Great visit as always even though Xmas time. Managed to fit me in, short wait, plenty of parking. Best of all great doctor and helpful reception staff. Thank you again bridgetown medical group helping to keep me safe and healthy. Happy new year 2024.

Extremely concerned with the Drs having the monopoly of also having access to the local hospital. Especially if one is not a patient at the Bridgetown medical centre. In my opinion a very concerning situation between some Gps at the medical centre using presumed assumptions of patients and implementing their assumptions with ZERO MEDICAL FACT. It’s very unfortunate not being able to have my personal Gps representation at the community Hospital. There for now I can no longer go to the hospital due to presumed information that I feel having some serious medical issues could in fact have a devastating impact on professional medical care. This. Strongly believe could have an impact on my actual life being possibly lost, again due to above mentioned concerns. Absolutely now feeling completely alone with never believe in Australia this could take place.

Everyone at the practice was so accommodating to my urgent request of a document I needed signed off by the doctor.

Staff are great and make it a pleasure to visit. Doctors are very thorough, staff and doctors are always very helpful

Dr Singh was awesome, quick and thorough. He straight away made up a plan of action and it got started immediately. He is a very good Doctor and has a good bedside approach. I was very happy with the whole medical group service. The girls on the front desk are great.

Wait period was very short.
GP was very thorough and informative.
Left the surgery with confidence having a diagnosis with relevant treatment.

On time, friendly and the lovely lady doctor i had made me feel comfortable. Not only was she nice but very gentle which tells me she knows what shes doing. I hardly ever go to the doctors but this visit makes me want to go back. She also made me feel like she cared about me and not in a rush for her next patient. The reception lady was also very friendly

So kind and caring. Even when extremely busy, Dr will do her best to take care of you. Highly recommended.

Saw Dr Marand today. She is friendly, thorough, empathetic, down to earth and very professional. I would recommend her to family and friends. But I was disappointed to find out that a prescription I had ordered 8 days previously over the phone from a receptionist at the medical centre, had still not been processed, so I'll be reluctant to pay $15 for such bad service.
UPDATE: after talking to the practice manager, she apologised and the script issue was resolved amicably, Thank you.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Saya during my recent visit. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and I felt comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in the door.

During my appointment, Dr Saya was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They were knowledgeable and thorough, and made sure to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.

Overall, I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great GP. Thank you so much for your wonderful care!

Very good, my health issue was discussed and a plan has been made on how to deal with any problems should they re occur. So I am very satisfied

The staff at Bridgetown Medical Services are friendly and professional ; Nurses Tanya and Lisa are thorough and patient in her manner in enacting a care plan and to ensure you are fully informed when delivering medical services. Dr Daronchi was equally informative in following up on the care plan referrals and answering queries from myself in terms of ongoing medical consultations.
I think we are fortunate to have such a great service in our town.

Always great to see Dr. De Ronchi he is very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Feel completely safe in his hands. Only negative is that it is always a long wait at Bridgetown Medical Centre.

The experience of visiting Bridgetown Medical Group for me was very satisfying, friendly, professional and very helpful.

Being new to Bridgetown from Perth and having been used to my medical centre in Perth, I was pleasantly surprised at my initial experience with Bridgetown Medical Group. The reception staff are helpful and approachable. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable. The GP I saw was attentive to my health concern and was straight onto a course of action to address it. I have always been big on first impressions and BMG has left me with a very good one.

Lovely staff, friendly from the very start, Dr De Ronchi is absolutely thorough and considerate to my health needs and the girls at front desk give you a goodbye with a smile.

My favourite medical centre to visit ever. They do their level best to keep appointments to "on time" and the girls are all lovely. I see Doctor Dewing who I can't say enough good things about, supportive kind and firm like a doctor needs to be. Always a positive experience.

Personally I find the Bridgetown Medical Group, pleasant, from the front desk persons, nurses and doctors. All there to assist.
