Bridgetown Country Cottages reviews
8Don't bother coming here at all. The owners came into our chalets without asking to turn the air heating off? Weird! Costs $40 if you want to use the fireplace within the rooms too and the the receptionist was very rude and aggressive and would let her dogs bark at anyone who came through the door. Such a waste of money as the location is beautiful but the customer service is BEYOND terrible. Never coming back or recommending to anyone.
Great location and the cottages had everything we needed. We were greeted as soon as we arrived by Roger who was very friendly and relaxed. Would highly recommend
Absolutely loved our wedding anniversary getaway. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed.very peaceful.took our dog we will definitely be returning.
Love this place. The rooms are not as fancy but they are very clean and cosy. It gives people feeling of home. The owner is very nice and easy going. There are some farm animals on the premises, kids love them. Very convenient location. Highly recommend!
Great location as it's not right in the town centre, however only a few minutes drive. Best part for me was how dog friendly the place is, my kelpie decided to take himself for a walk while I was out getting lunch (first time he has done that in years) and when the owner of the property noticed, he called me straight away whilst trying to call him back which made finding him much easier than it could of been.
The cottages are simple but cosy and the owners are friendly and welcoming, highly recommend especially if you are looking for dog friendly accommodation.
With a warm welcome from the owner we were shown to our cottage. The fire was set ready to go and the owner offered up fresh farm eggs from his own chickens for breakfast as each cottage has full cooking facilities and a full size fridge to cope with those who's stay is longer than a few days. With a nice soft bed we had an excellent nights sleep and woke to the sounds of the crowing rooster. Great location and value for money. I fully recommend these wonderful cottages
Great place for family stay, wood fire is difficult and uses alot of wood. But river and town is close and owners are v.helpful
