Great communication. Top customer service. Friendly as. Overnight delivery and next day service. Honestly, I couldn't believe how competent and honest these blokes are. Patient and knowledgeable only begins to describe the fantastic service we got here. Great value and our troopy has never drivin straighter. Not many people can align our wheels as well as these blokes. Hats off to the team, Shane, Rob and even the grumpy C that got us pointed straight!

I had a really disappointing experience here. Came to Geralton specifically to get a tyre rotation from Bridgestone as I was told to book in a free one after 10,000km. Called to book it in and explained I had been told I was able to get a free 10,000km tyre rotation. All good. Took it in and waited an hour an a half after being told it would be half an hour. They then explained that they had broken a wheel stud during the process but couldn’t fix it so good luck finding someone who can. They then told me it wasn’t free and I had to pay for it. “Must have been a new person who told me it was”
It was a Friday afternoon and I was leaving town. Managed to find a lovely guy at Dalson’s who fixed it for me. Told me it had been overtightened as the others were extremely tight and advised I take the bill back to Bridgestone. I did this and was told too bad, wasn’t our fault. What a horrible way to run a business and take advantage of travellers passing through. I would advise you to go elsewhere. Dalson’s were fantastic.

Always bye my dueler tyres from this premise and always try to give the best deal on the day, friendly staff and very experienced wheel alignment and balance.

Coming here for a few years now and the best shop in town. For new tyres, nails in tyres and even getting motorbike tyres fitted. Could not reccomend these guys and gal's enough

Had a puncture in motorbike tyre. Took it in to get fixed. Met with attitude and spoken to very poorly. Put new tyre on with old tube so tyre was flat when got home. Told had to order new tube and then charged another 55 for the privilege when I thought a new tube would have been quoted and ordered with the tyres as it was a puncture. Still nothing but attitude received from staff. Last time going there.

I had a set of tyres booked in to fit but the lady on the fron counter was rude and arrogant and they lost my sale. It’s not just about the produce, it’s also about customer relations. Tyre right got my business.

I rang them on the way into town to see if they stocked my tyre size for the boat trailer as i dropped a tyre on the way up north, they had the size and were great priced and got the jobe done straight away so i could continue on my trip. Thanks guys very much appreciated!

Drove into Geralton after been North fishing. Noticed boat trailers tyre threading. Went to Tyre power no service than went around to Bridgestone. Service amazing, put our spare on than and there. Went to pay and they said not to worry. Good country service which was much appreciated cause needed to get back to Perth.

Big operation that caters for trucks and caravans as well as cars. Communication to customer could do with some improvement but other than that an excellent business to deal with.

Prompt service great price, friendly staff. But there is always a but, a little more discount could have been a lot better lol all round very happy customer cheers. RAY

Went above and beyond when others would not help us with a slow puncture on our holidays. Friendly, can do people.

We called on our way as we popped a Tyre out of gero. One of the staff members seen us coming in the car park came straight out to take the Blown Tyre to Changed it straight away. Great and friendly service. I will letting our friends know about your great service. Thanks again
