Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto - Cannington

I changed the tyres and wheel alignment at Bridgestone Cannington workshop at 16th of February.

First issue, I noticed steering wheel is not straight while driving straight, steering wheel was on the angle.
Then I went back to Canningtone workshop last Friday (14/04/2023), Mark checked and fixed issue for me,
And telling me that is due to that nut was not tighten properly and enough while doing wheel alignment.
Second issue is noise from back of the car, I asked Mark to inspected the noise, to see any nuts are loose.
But Mark was telling me he cannot hear any noise while test driving.
But I still can hear clear noise while driving after left, so I took my car to a trustable mechanic, he found the issue in 10 minutes.
The issue is RHS nut not tighten at all (shows in pic), after tightening the nut, noise never come back.
This is a serious safety issue. I may end up rollover on the highway if I did not pick it up and fix it.
Please make sure you check your job properly to all your costumers, do not leave any safety issues to them.

Avoid this place for any electrical work.
They did my dual battery installation and I have had several wires come out of their crimps as well as 2,50amp relays come apart. They replaced the first one and the second came apart this weekend almost burning my car to the ground.
This is a structural failure of the components they are using that then resulted in an electrical short when it contacted the car body.

Took our 4x4 for two new tyres on the back and a wheel alignment. Picked up the car and it was horrid to drive hard to keep on the road so took it back and they said there was nothing wrong put took the steering wheel off and straightened it what that had to do with anything I don't know
They were told that we were towing a 20ft caravan not that that made any difference. Off to Jurien Bay what a trip fought it all the way. When we got there the front tyres were chopped out and every tyre had a different tyre pressure from 25 to 42 they never even checked them. So we had to replace the front tyres in Jurien. When asked to align them theysaid the the tierod ends and the ball joints upper and lower were r.s. Why didn't Bridgestone pick it up? I know we didn't ask but isn't the customer care and safety?
We could have lost our steering and been another statistic on the road never will go there again absolutely unless

Had a Supercat tyre fitted to my Nissan Xtrail on 1/2/23 the customer service was excellent and Bridgestone make great quality tyres at a good price. I got a great price and their workshop is so clean and tidy and efficient very impressed. Their online booking system is excellent I booked and paid on line with Afterpay which is great I use it a lot. And their staff are not pushy and don’t try to sell you more tyres than you need which I find happens at other tyre places. Highly recommended.

Had to use their toilet while there, it was the most disgusting toilet I have ever seen in Australia! Walked straight out and decided not to go ahead with service.this is a reflection on how they use and mantain their facilities, let alone expect their customers to use it in that state? Very disappointing and disgusted! Come on Bridgestone!

If you care about your car avoid this place like the plague!

Got my tyres changed here and they manage to damage every single wheel. All the lips were damaged with a chunk missing out of 2 wheels.

The manager accepted the blame and damage. First they suggested going to alliance wheel repair but after receiving the quote they refused and wanted to do it themselves or get someone that repairs bull bars to do them which to me makes no sense.

There is no way I’m letting them touch my wheels again and some of these damages can’t be fixed without machining it.

Manager wasn’t any help saying these damages are unavoidable and that they are only cosmetic. (Wheels are all cosmetic other wise why you’ll I spend money to change them)

I get if 1 wheel was scratched accidentally but how to do you manage to damage all 4. These are my 3rd set of tyres on these wheels and never had an issue, these guys just don’t know what they’re doing.
Now I’m going to be out $400 taking it to a repair shop to get it properly done

These guys here are really great, Jordan knew what he was talking about, have excellent customer service and what's even better is after sales is backed up with quality warranty work. Not to mention pricing was competitive.

As suggested by my favourite auto parts and accessory shop, Auto One Cannington, I booked here for wheel alignment and new front tyres, I failed to show up to my 9am appointment I think I came in 2 hours late but they fit me in. They are friendly and professional in communication and handling of my car, the waiting room has beverages and snacks and a TV, and had a clean well looked after shop.

I went in to get all four of my tyres changed. Fast turn around, well priced. BUT, on all previous tyre changing instances at competitors, the worst 4 of the 5 tyres (spare is assessed) are replaced, with the best tyre being kept as a spare. I thought this was base practice and went without saying, apparently not. I lost a good tyre that was at about 70% tread, and got to keep the barely legal one that was in the boot as a spare. I guess next time I'll have to do a tyre swap and keep the spare aside before bringing the car in.

My initial counter service was good.
However I found out later that the basic tyre fitting practices were not practiced here. When I raised my concerns, the manager was not interested in fixing the issue and another B/S store fixed it for me.
I did not see any experienced staff among the very young workers in this store. Experience needs to be earned and so does my customer loyalty.
I will not return to this store and would not recommend them to friends or family.

I just had my rims painted black and they used silver weights to balance the tyres.

They forgot to rotate the wheels so had to swap the tyres around and balance them again the same day.

They left a mess on my newly painted rims

Replaced 1 tyre about $40 cheaper than rac without mentioning another quote. Friendly staff, easy to deal with and organise.

Visited this place for wheel alignment, charged me and said ur car is fixed. But soon realised on road that alignment is still out. So went back and asked alignment is still out. Their response was that ur car tyres r worn out that’s the reason u still feel it. Anyways visited another store for new tyres who suggested my car tyres r still good no need to change. I still got them replaced with new ones after couple of months from Bridgestone select cannington and got alignment done later.

Same outcome, soon I hit the road it was worse so had to call them and they booked me in to redo alignment couple of days later or so. When I visited them they tried to fix it but then Got to know my car can’t be fixed there might be other problem. Who knows what.

Anyways my money is gone and my car is still out of alignment.

Another surprise, they run a battery test which I did not ask for. Obviously my car failed battery test and they gave me a quotation for battery replacement. ‘Shocker’. My car battery is under warranty so did not fall for that.

Not impressed at all with their service and attitude.

I just got my car fixed today, and another headlight polishing tomorrow, so far I am very happy with the service they provided. Staffs is very professional, helpful and friendly. Reasonable price. Highly recommended. Keep on well doing guys. Cheers

Highly recommended. Efficient and honest service, they were able to look at my car on the spot.
Booked the car in and repair came back under the quote. They could easily have charged for work that turned out to be unnecessary, but didn't.
