Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto

Took my car in for an emergency checkup as it started shuddering. I was back on the road in an hour, I then took my car in for a service the following week and what a great place to service a vehicle. They send an awesome video inspection and I was back to work after lunch. Their price is also really reasonable. I highly recommend this Bridgestone, the staff are on point and very professional.

Good service, good communication, the team explained the results of my wheel balancing very well, they also picked up on other issues during the inspection.

Car was booked in for 8am and I called and notified them I would be at least half an hour late and they said it was OK they would look at my car as soon as it came in.
I got there 40 minutes late and they got me to fill out all the paperwork and took my keys and made me wait for an hour and 10 minutes then came out and said because I am late they can't do my car today.
Real bad service. I understand I was late but making me wait for an hour and 10 minutes then telling me is a big waste of time.
Will never go there again and would never recommend anyone to them unless you have alot of time to waste.
The other lady there had to wait nearly 2 hours before they even took her keys from her to start her car so obviously they have bad timing issues.

Took my car here to get new tyres fitted.
They deformed and rounded off all 16 lug nuts on my wheels.
The 4 that wasn't damage was a security lug nut.
I emailed the shop to complain and to get lug nuts replacement but never receive a call back.
I am now having to buy 16 replacement lug nuts to torque spec the wheels so the wheels won't fall off.
Most people don't check their lug nuts after tyres replacement so they won't know.

I was pleasantly surprised at this multinational delivering fantastic service. I purchased new tyres and a week later a wheel alignment. Both times the staff were terrific. The only thing they could have done was to suggest the wheel alignment when the tyres were fitted. Well done to the team.

Not impressed with service brought two new Tyers and one Tyer was 100 grams out and the other one was 40grams out car was shaking like a leaf

I had to take my car for repairs and was so impressed with the customer service! Caleb provided excellent service and communication. He was friendly,  professional,  meticulous and clarified any queries I had. Will definitely be calling again for all future mechanical work. Recommended!

I took a tyre in to be replaced, they put on a new tyre and I said aren't you going to put it on the car, they said No, I said it will only take 5 minutes, he said I don't have 5 minutes, so I said I wouldn't have come here if I had known you wouldn't put the tyre on the car. I paid for the tyre but the EFPOST machine was really slow, the guy started complaining how the EFPOST provider doesn't give good service, 5 minutes have since passed he could have fitted the tyre in that time. He then continued his complaint after the transaction finally completed, thanks for the poor service

I was told that replacing 2 tyres would take half an hour.
The job actually took close to 2 hours and the wheel alignment I was told was included was not done.

This was on top of having my vehicle booked in 5 weeks ago for all 4 tyres to be replaced and only 2 being done.

Will never use this group again.

I cannot fault this store for service, I called in at 4.50pm on a Friday afternoon only to be greeted by a smiling Nathan. Nathan went beyond what was requested of him and the whole time he was polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this store for any tyre or mechanical service. Thank you Nathan

I had a bolt in my Tire, they accommodated me to do the puncture repair with short notice. They also had the knowledge to repair the tire which had acoustic foam in it. All for a reasonable price.

Good price, quality Tyres and excellent service. Every 6 months company provides free tyres check. I strongly recommend this place to everyone.

Had great service all three visits to date. Priced very well also, so couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend the Myaree branch.

Quoted the most competitive price on my initial telephone inquiry, and then looked after me perfectly when I booked in. I would highly recommend them.

Good blokes, fixed up my poor Sandys flat tyre in no time at all. Repair first over replacement which is always a good sign.

I bought 2 new tyres here. When I picked up my car the steering wheel (which had been perfectly straight) was off centre by 30 degrees. When I complained about this they stonewalled saying "we didnt touch your steering wheel". I do not recommend this place.

Ridiculously good and honest people. Wouldnt go anywhere even though I live 20kms away from them. When other shops and even the dealer would tell you to change all four tires about 15000km ago just to make money, instead Pete honestly told me that I would still have 20000km left on my front tires. Would definitely come back and recommend. Thanks Pete and Tanya. And btw amazing hot chocolate! Haha

I brought our family car here. When I picked up my car the work was sub standard. The store here just fobbed me off denying anything was wrong. I very much regret coming to this place. Apparently Bridgestones are franchised. I though they were all owned by the Japanese company.
