Bridgestone Select Ellenbrook

If I could rate a ZERO I would! I went in to have my tyre changed. I was told they need to book me in and the old man gave me a date and time. I went in on the booked day only to be told they didn't book me in! So they then told me to come in again another date and time! At that point I asked them again to double check the tyre that is needed. They confirmed. I came in for the next booking and was told the old man ordered me the wrong tyre! I was sent back AGAIN and told to come another day! 13 days later, that same tyre almost fell off whilst I was driving my car with my 8 yr old child at the back seat at the same place of the tyre! My steering wheel went out of control and I almost met with an accident. Rac mechanic inspected and said my wheel bolts were loose- of the same tyre that was changed by Bridgestone! We were so shaken by the incident. I went back to Bridgestone to tell them what happened only to be told by the old man that it wasn't Bridgestone's fault! Although Bridgestone has a duty of care and our lives were in danger from this, they were not remorse about it or apologetic. Extremely unimpressed by the old man who works at Bridgestone Ellenbrook!

Super impressed with this team they were happy to fit me in to see what they could do on a busy and booked out day for a new tyre, which they were able to accommodate in less than 30 minutes! Great service, great price! Will be taking my business straight to them from now on.

Booked in for a 6 month benefits tyre check and yyre rotation so left work early to only be told they were too busy to do anything.not good customer service

Terrible! Got four new tyres installed! 6 months later the front tires are completely bald on the inside edge, because they never tracked and balanced the new tires! Now it’s on me to replace the two front tires again and get the tracking done

Absolutely amazing service as well as transparent! I will certainly be a return customer. These guys went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired and registered.

Very reluctant to fit tyres unless they're selling them to you. $60 each fitted and balanced if you provide the tyres

Always fair and happy to take walks ins. The mechanics are also friendly. Good prices, quick work. I have tried a few other workshop placed around Select, don't waste your time they are run by BIG personalities. I now take 3 cars to select ellenbrook including recent Rav 4 and will always recommend them 5 *****

Get all my tyres and servicing done here, the guys are brilliant. Went to get the brakes done and they said plenty of life left in them lets change them at the next service,
So honest and professional.

Not a happy customer. We were booked in today at 3pm for two tyres and when I arrived I was told one of the tyres had been sold and you only had one. I was then told you would order another one for tomorrow and you would ring as soon as it was ready. Then you ring me at 4: 40pm to say you can’t order the tyre as they are out of stock. This is not a great way to run a business. Will definitely not be going back to your store.

Called needing some parts fitted and new tyres.
They fit me in first thing the next day. Great customer service. Gave me some great advice and gave me a realistic view of what I should do. Even hooked me up with a great price on the tyres.
This was my first visit and I've found my permanent tyre shop/service centre.

Made a booking for alignment over the phone spoke to one of the staff on Wednesday on the 3rd August 2022 at 7: 15am, went in on the Saturday 6th August and my booking wasn’t entered in the system. Disappointing service.

Will 100% recommend these guys. The young guy who done my car was professional and a great person to deal with. Great customer service and will definitely use Bridgestone Ellenbrook again.

Recently had new tyres fitted here after placing an order online. Tried to call the store multiple times a day for a week to confirm a booking time but couldn't get through to anyone.

Showed up at the shop in person and was advised they'd call me the next day as the person that deals with online orders wasn't there.

Next day still didn't receive a call.

Called again a couple of days later - got ahold of someone this time who was thankfully able to confirm my booking.

Day comes - dropped car off for booking. Tyres replaced so they call for me to come pick it back up.

Arrive and go into the office - my car keys are sitting on the counter, easily accessible to anyone - no employees in the office So I'm thankful my car didn't get stolen.

I'm also now cleaning my car as my car again as it has greasy handprints, dirt and what looks like cigarette ash all around the place.

Safe to say I won't be coming back

Staff were young men who were professional & above all friendly & easy to speak to. My first experience was with an Employee Jack who didn't hesitate helping even fitting me in asap, when it was obvious they were super busy. I'll be going back for sure

Tyres prices and quality generally competitive, that's about it. Very poor customer service and skillset in their shop

Dreadful service. Nobody knows what they're doing. Manager is more interested in blaming the customer than solving the problem. Couldn't even fit two tyres on a Kia Cerato. Apparently three days isn't enough time to get hold of a pair of 165/85R 15 tyres (probably the most common size in the world).
Manager boasted that they are the leading tyre shop in the area and that my complaint puts me "in the minority". Same manager states that he hasn't bothered to look at the online reviews for his business and that he "doesn't need to as they're making plenty of money".
Yeah, you might want to check yourself, bud.
Bridgestone, this outlet is a disgrace to your brand.

I went across the road to Tyrepower and had two brand new tyres fitted and balanced within THIRTY MINUTES of walking through their door. That's exactly 12 minutes longer than Bridgestone spent arguing with me and blaming me for their ineptitude.

Epic fail.

First time to take my car for a service! Great customer service from start to finish! Very polite and informative staff. And great management! I would definitely take my car back for its next service. And would highly recommend Bridgestone Ellenbrook! Thank you Kevin and team!

Poor Customer Service
Wasted my Sister's time, the Bloke that Served her completely disregarded her request for a Tyre check because she had been elsewhere for 2 new Tyres, did not even look at her car despite the fact she had booked an appointment, he just walked away in a rude and dismissive manner, very unprofessional. Will never recommend Bridgestone Ellenbrook to anyone
