Brewhouse Margaret River reviews
76Lovely surrounds with huge trees shadowing every corner. Large bookings a go go. We enjoyed lunch and a few beers and enjoyed our time. Highly recommend the kimchi chicken, spectacular.
I want to just say that what we chose to eat, was incredible, tasty with lots of character.
The surf and turf is a must try!
Got a tasting of some of the craft beers, amazing!
After arriving for our 5.30pm sitting & ordering our food which came out super quick, all 4 adults had the same complaint our 4 different dishes were borderline cold, they should have been called salads. As we were dining with a toddler in tow we were not wanting to delay our meals so we ate them luke warm (that is being generous). When asked "how were the meals? " We gave our honest feedback that all the meals were not nearly hot/warm enough. He said sorry I'll let the chef know.
Which he did, and then avoided us all together. Therefore we didn't hear back from the kitchen/chef.
We are locals and have dined here on many occasions and recommend The Brewhouse to friends & family also, we will not be returning anytime soon, shame that no one seemed to care.
The other disappointment was that 3 of the meals were heavily garnished with coriander with no mention of that ingredient on the menu, seriously who likes that & too much chilli again never mentioned.
Squid salad an absolute mouth feels party, sweet, salty, crispy and zingy- paired perfectly with a citrusy IPA - ‘in the pines’
Quick and friendly service even without a booking in peak hour on a Saturday lunch.
Mermid full of flavour for a 3.5 - killin’ it team!
Came here for dinner and had the squid salad which was fantastic. Highly recommend! Sat outside and the atmosphere was really lovely. Will definitely be back.
Margaret River Brewhouse's squid salad.a flavor dance party in your mouth! Tender squid, zesty dressing, and greens that groove. A salad you don’t want to miss out on!
Adequate Spot for Beer. I ordered pizza, chips and some beers. The beer meets expectations, and the pizza is fairly good. The chips have a nice texture. The small playground provides a space for kids, making it easier for adults to enjoy their meal. Parking is not an issue, and the venue offers both indoor and outdoor seating options, some of which come with heaters. Toilets are clean, and the overall atmosphere is both cozy and roomy.
We were recommended this place by many of the locals but were left feeling underwhelmed. The food was fantastic but the beer was without doubt very disappointing, in fact was probably the worst craft beers I have ever had. The service was just okay. If I was to visit again I would just be eating there. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back though.
What a great place to have a meal. Loads of atmosphere with great staff and choice of meals and drinks. Parking can be a bit of an issue, but we thought the extra walk was worth it. Good sized portions reasonably priced.
Went for dinner on Sunday 11/6 on our road trip. Tried the beer crate of the Lager, Red IPA n Oatmeal Stout. Definitely worth the AVB% intake for the night.
Free-range Chicken-wings was good blend of sweet, sour n spicy hot sauce.
Surf n Turf was tasty with the XO sauce n tofu whip. Very creative used of ingredients. Yummy.
To nikpick both food order was that the Firecrackers Sauce on the chicken wings should be more generous. N the cuttlefish left on the fire was a little bit longer.
Difinately will visit again If ever revisit Margaret River.
We always make a point of coming here when we are in Margaret River. The best pizza in WA according to my son! Try the Cheeseburger Roti. Burger is the business. Great food and service. Takeaway is also an excellent option.
Excellent service, good and beverages. Came with our dog and as the host seated us he got us waters and a bowel of water for our dog. The food was delicious and catered to a range of tastes and dietary requirements in our family. I hadn't quite finished my beer and the waiter who cleared our table asked if I wanted to finish it before clearing it away. These little touches were noticed and appreciated. We will definitely be back.
Great place to eat. They now have a revised menu, but the food is still fantastic.
And the selection of craft beer is very good too!
Would highly recommend the place.
Despite how busy this place was, the service was great and food came out quickly. Beautiful presented and tasty.
Conveniently located, 5 minute walk from town and about 1km from the RAC Nature Park.
Very family friendly.
Easy to order. Delicious food. Reasonable price. Nice service. We come here each time I’m visiting friends in Oz.
Food was lovely and quick service, the reason for a 1 star is we booked for a table for 26 a month ago we rang up and reconfirmed closer to date when we got here we could barley fit half with no help from staff
We ordered chicken wings, 2 different pizzas, chips and the Brewhouse salad. All delicious! Huge portions! Beer was cold and crisp, just what you need on a hot day
Always a great vibe. Food is always so good. Staff are always happy and friendly. Booking staff Holly is so lovley. Helped us out with our bookings. So nice to talk to a friendly voice on the phone. Definitely a great spot in town
Can’t believe I had never been here. Great location for kids. Had the beef brisket. To die for.
Fantastic atmosphere, has a great vibe, staff always busy cleaning away tables, gounds are very clean. Toilet facilities great. Family friendly, the kids I saw were all having a great time. Plenty of choice for food.
