13 Deliberately unhelpful post installation
5 phone calls over three weeks, leaving my contact phone and email as was advised I would be contacted shortly. People overseas, installers on the job.lots of excuses. But no contact back. The $400 call out fee feels like a touch up. Spoke with three different people and conflicting information was provided today by the only person I spoke to twice. I could have sent the unit back to the manufacturer three weeks ago and had it re programmed by now
While I completely understand your position you dont have to run people around like that.
I highly recommend these guys if anyone needs any work done. I had a major issue and it was sorted out immediately
I have had them install lights and ceiling fans and found them on time and very couties, very pleasant young man, I would highly recommend them,

Seems a common theme with this company. Passed by one of their utes doing at least 20kph above the speed limit on Leach Hwy. Tailgating and swerving behind the car in front of me to get them to change lanes so he could keep driving at an excessive speed.
Brendan and his team were extremely professional and went above and beyond to provide a service and quality of work that was exceptional and were a pleasure to work with, thanks to the whole team.highly recommend them!
Funny how there is more than one person here for dangerous driving…. Tail gates the whole way to Wangara, speeding and over taking on round abouts.why?
Outrageous and dangerous driving south on freeway 3 Jul. SDE. If the standard of workmanship reflects the same consideration given to other road users, I fear for the safety of anyone contracting this business. Do better Sheehans. And drug test your employees.

Extremely poor customer dealings even by the Owner. The tradesmen are sent to the job with inadequate paperwork and no understanding of the scope of works. Stay away from this electrician
