18 Didn't even get to stay. Unfortunately we had a car accident and have to have our car towed to Dongara.
The RAC suggested we try them, sorry I called at midnight, a situation that unfortunately was out of our hands.
To be told not to call because you are in bed and asleep was far from helpful or what we were expecting considering you were recommended by the local towing company.

We had a family room in the main house with shared facilities. They were clean, comfortable and very homely! Beautiful gardens and excellent amenities. We had a very energetic 18 month old with us so was slightly concious of being "that noisy room" but we seemed to fair OK. Great location.and many conveniences not too far away. Overall a lovely, well kept; well loved, maintained little gem. Thank you ️
Susan is lovely and the place is immaculately maintained, very well priced and we immediately felt at home there. I will definitely be keen to stay again when we are in the area

Susi is so helpful and friendly, very good communication. The train wagon is cosy, cute and funky. All is so clean, amazing. The house, kitchen and garden beautiful. We sleep very well. So quit in the night. There is a fire place and bbq. We enjoy the stay so much. Thank you Susi.

Stayed in the Train Carriage and it was great. Clean, modern, well equipped and a library of all things.
Staff were very friendly and the whole stay and booking was stress free.
There are different accomodation options available so we stayed in a carriage room which was very cozy and comfortable. Very quaint and unique furnishings inside that give the rooms a warm feel. Very friendly people and there is lots of space to relax in the gardens

Confirmed booking direct 4th Sept for Sat/6th.
On arrival they had no knowledge of our booking. Not impressed. Luckely they were able to arrange booking at another motel but this cost us an additional $20.
I booked here on a last minute trip, showed up at 22: 30 and only wanted a bed to sleep in, but I was shown wonderful service and care, a choice of rooms when I arrived to see what I preferred, and a warm and familiar attitude that turned a rushed booking into a memorable visit. The Ghan room was nice and comfortable, the utilities all clean, comfortable and inviting. Definitely recommend and will probably come visit again.

Nice place, nice people. A huge amount of work put into making the house, gardens and rail-coach restful and interesting. We stayed in the converted rail coach.
Brilliant little place. We stayed in the converted rail carriage with shared bathroom. Comfy beds, nice gardens, 5 minute walk into town. What else can you ask for?

What a gem of a place. Stayed in the railway carriage which was something that I always wanted to do. Had the whole carriage to myself and ended up choosing one compartment with two bunk beds. Very cosy and comfortable and spotlessly clean. More of an Airbnb experience as I had the opportunity to share a relaxing glass of red with Susie in the company of her friendly pooch Gypsy. Why stay anywhere else?
