Spoke to amber on the phone that told me it wasnt my business when enquiring about my injured relative after a car accident today! Apparently covered in blood, and you couldnt give me some reassurance she was okay. Absolutely disgusting. I do not live local and so it is impossible for me to get in touch.

Came from Perth with my bf for his visa exam. We got here 1 hr earlier. The lady in reception didnt promise he would be attending before the appt time but we waited anyways. We waited for another 2 hours to be able to attend his exam. Too long the wait. Wouldn’t go back

If you do a medical make sure you chase it up to make sure they have processed & sent it

I went in on Monday as I was suffering headaches, the first doctor thought it might be shingles, he got another senior doctor in and she said it definitely wasn’t shingles. So I was sent on my way with nothing prescribed. The next day I went to a&e and they diagnosed shingles. This practice now expect me to pay to go in just to get a prescription for painkilllers.

Every aspect of this medical centre is fantastic. The Drs are skilled in their areas of expertise. Nursing staff are caring. Waiting time is minimal. Can't ask for more.

Absolutely disgusted. Dr I saw for my son didn’t have a clue what he was doing, looked at me like I was an idiot for knowing that he needed 2 flu needles. Nurse was rude and full of attitude. Not a care in the world for my crying son. Immediately told us to leave the seat we were in after his needles to go wait for 15 in the waiting room full of people w a crying 1yr old and that she doesn’t normally fill in purple books anymore so she wasn’t going to.

Definitely going to a new drs surgery next time.

Excellent standard of health care from Dr McAuley at Brecken Health. Holistic approach with ongoing support for physical and mental wellbeing.

Really exceptional and high quality service here. I has to do a TB screen and was in quite a rush and the receptionist at the visa and occupation screening, Lauren was extremely helpful and made sure i was sorted before I had to go. Would recommend this practice 10/10.

I never posted any review so far, this is the first time I felt each and every person working here is just awesome the atmosphere the way they respect especially all the girls there energy levels are on top smilies everywhere loved it

There is probably the best allergy specialist in australia (possibly the world!) at this location; however the support staff let the entire centre down.do not reply to on-line appointment requests and left for long periods waiting on a phone.if this is what service is in the private medical industry (first time i've used a conventional/allopathic medical centre) then dump the rest!

Great doctors, such a shame we have to go through the receptionists. Also people should remember they're masks so they're not stuck paying $1ea for disposables.

I have been going to Brecken Health for a few years, while I have had my fair share of good experiences, I will now never go back unfortunately, I went there because I had been sick for a while and I needed a sick note (Medical certificate). They gave me the note for only 1 day, when school and work had made it very clear to stay away while you are sick. Then I was told I wasn't sick I had an infection yet not offered any antibiotics, the Dr said that I would be fine by that night or the next morning, the Dr was wrong so I asked them "and if I'm not? " the Dr said I would have to come back. Now I am a 17 year old who can't afford to spend at least $79 per appointment considering they "Don't bulk bill". When the Dr initially came out to where I was parked (Carpark consultation) they were not very welcoming and frankly quite rude, the whole thing was handled poorly and I got quite upset because I had been going there for a while and how they treated my mother and I was not the way patients should be treated. I hope they get better and become as good and helpful as they once were.

I went there for 3x in 3 months, two different doctors for the same reason. My baby have eczema, that's what i and people's reckoned and both doctors has agreed that it is eczema. But, guess what. Both doctors were only glance at my baby's skin right where they sat right in front of the computer. They didn't examine my baby's skin at all. I feel like they just want to get rid of us quickly so they can serve next patients. I understand that completely, i wasn't staying for more than 5 minutes anyway, Maybe i am wrong, but i have worked relations with services with people many years before. I know the difference between how works with love, dedication and how works just for money.

The doctor advised us that he would call through our results. No phone call, only to follow up with them, to be told that the results were there, but we cannot access them until we pay for another consultation.

Well and truly exceeded my expectation, Mel the nurse is just exceptional and so caring, worth a million dollars with her caring attitude and willingness to help. I could not fault this practice and would highly recommend to any one.

Don’t have anything planned for your day if you are coming to do a medical at Brecken. You may be here for 3-6 hours! Very poor was starting to fall asleep
