BreastCare WA

I contacted breast care WA as I have an upcoming surgery and needed a surgical bra. My hours of work got in the way of me actually coming in but the staff were totally onto it. I sent in my measurements and they told me the size to get and in less than an hour they organised to get the bra to me before my surgery date. Great communication and so generous of them! Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks so much guys!

I went to the shop with my husband to see which post-surgery bra fitted me best. Kathy was lovely and she said she will put on record which sizes bras I chose and I could call her at a later stage to place an order. I am Asian and I was glad I ignored the other reviews and went to the shop. Cheers Su

I found the service very rushed and a bit rude. The owner was very short with me when explaining the rebate, and didn't mention any prices until getting to the register. The name of the business suggests that it's a charity of some sort, but it felt very much like a money grubbing exercise. It was quite jarring after being treated so well up until that point in my healthcare journey by healthcare professionals and other organisations. I'm also Asian and I noticed there was another negative review left by another non-white customer.

Everything about Breast Care was wonderful. This was my first visit after a mastectomy and I did not know what to expect, but as soon as I open the door I knew I was in the right place. The shop is inviting and comfortable. The changing area was spacious and delightful. Cathy was attentive and kind, and she certainly knows her products and does not do the hard sell at all, but gives proper customer service. I left feeling confident to face the world again. I will definitely be returning here.

Excellent service, good information, well stocked, if only we had come here 1st would have saved us money and stress of incorrect fitting from previous shop who sold us the wrong garments (Body Plus)

I took my mother in for new bras and a prothesis and the service she received was exceptional. Friendly staff, great products and free parking all made our trip an excellent experience.

My wife went to BreastCare to get fitted for a compression garment for her upper arms. She found the staff member to be uncaring and as for being an expert she was far from it. My wife was only shown one garment and that was it. This happened to be the wrong garment which dug into her stitches. The garment itself has seams which seems to be totally illogical when they are rubbing into the stitches. So why would BreastCare buy these garments. Shop around they are also totally overpriced as well.
