10Thank you to the staff at Bras N Things for sorting out a problem with a bra I had purchased - I know it was not a straight forward exchange but I do appreciate the help they gave me.
I was served by a helpful and kind lady on Thursday, I didn't get her name but she was wearing a white top with black pants with a few tattoos. Thankyou so much for your help, I honestly will be back
Rang as I got the wrong size online, I think her name was Ashley was super helpful in locating the right size. This is how customer service should be! So friendly and helpful!

I went to get some new bras first thing on the 25th Sept at the Rockingham Bras n things store. Wow its been years since I have had such amazing service buying Bras. I will definitely go back. They had one staff member on and she did an amazing job fitting me, bringing me more bras to try on as well as servicing other customers. Absolutely lovely customer service. Really appreciated all her help and walked out with 4 great Bras:) Thankyou

Will never shop here again staff are extreamly rude and make you feel fat when you are on the bigger size of the scale.plus way to expensive when can get bras online cheaper and fit better and mist of all don't have pushy or rude staff
I visited this place three times and I was unhappy with their customer service every time. They were not attentive to the customers' needs, and they were not very polite. The two stars are only for the brand which is one of my favorite.
