Bras N Things Joondalup

My wife dropped in today to get measured and buy some items. Jen was so amazing and made my wife feel very comfortable. We had visited the Ocean Keys store prior, and the experience was the total opposite. I left them a very low score. Thank you, Jen. We will surely be back for more as my wife is very, very happy with her purchase

I went in on late night and had the pleasure of a young lady named Olivia helping me, she was super friendly and nice, I’d recommend this store they’ve always got good deals going on and it’s always nice to go there:)

I had the pleasure of doing a walk-in bra fitting with Jo. She was beyond lovely and very helpful, and you could tell she just wanted to find the right bra for me no matter the sale! I have not had a fitting since I was a teenager because I find the experience quite daunting, but the service here was so wonderful and warm. Thank you Jo!

I received the best service from the lady that was helping out in the dressing room. Very experienced! I'm so happy I could finally find the exact size of my bra!

Kiera (hope I've spelt it right) and other staff were just lovely. Got me fitted with exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time which was perfect as I was killing time before my 2nd covid jab. Thanks ladies!

Don’t bother going to this store if you are over a size 12. Zero customer service. The 2 young ladies were too busy gossiping to help a curvy mum find anything.

Lucy at Joondalup, delivered great customer service, is professional, and really helped me find the right bra for me, even though she was extremely busy. I give a 5 star rating for this store, Lucy represents the store well.

Customer service is only available to people who are size 12 or smaller. Even after i had told the sales assistant exactly what I was after no one bothered to find it for me. The only reason I have given them 1 star is because they were rude enough to make me leave thankfully because the service I received in Myers was brilliant.

Felt like a degenerate going in the buy something for the wife. The staff were friendly and helpful and i wasn't left feeling like a fiend even tho i was the only male in the store. So i give the staff 10 out of 10 and the lingerie they sold me was a hit

If any of you ladies want bras n nickers at a cheap price and the right size this is the place to go.

I went to the Joondalup store with the intention of just looking. The young sales assistant new exactly what I wanted, she didn't try to talk me into other styles. Picked out the one she recommended. The fitter came and measured me and was absolutely lovely. I walked out with absolutely perfect and comfortable bras. (wearing it) Tossed my old bra in the bin. My details are now on file with my size and I receive a $20 birthday voucher for my birthday. How wonderful is that?

The change rooms are the worst I have ever experienced. They're terrible for trying intimates on and I'll never shop there based on this. Lighting should flatter the person not accentuate every single bump, dimple or bulge. Don't use down lighting with a black back drop in a change room!

The sales assistant in the Joondalup store was amazing. She was so helpful and explained to my daughter the different types of bras and worked out which suited her best. I will absolutely be returning to this store!

Sarah the bra fitter was so rude & unpleasant. Embarrassing when she looks at you like whats the problem & you having to tell her your fat hangs over the bra she gave you. Wouldnt go back to her thats for sure. Terrible sales service when you want to feel comfortable buying these sorts of things.
