Bras N Things

I like how the staff are always wanting to help. Dropped in to pick the wife up a present and the staff loved to help. The only thing I don't like is the turnover of stock.you see something you like, come back a few weeks later, out of stock. Sizes seems to be on the larger sizes as well. Finding a size 8 is a big deal.if you think you might like it, hold onto it until you are sure you don't want it.

I could not fault the girls at this store! They are super friendly, helpful and caring about their customers. They went above and beyond to help me with my shopping experience. They knew their sizes, they knew their products, they gave alternatives and solutions to problems, and they make sure you don’t walk away with a regrettable purchase, or items that don’t fit. The store itself is very clean and tidy, has heaps or range/variety, and was easy to move around.

Always excellent range and friendly service. Even with the current crisis, Bras N Things still safely and effectively helped to fit a new bra.

Employees sized me and helped me look for bras i liked. I was in the shop for 2 hours and the whole time the employees were amazing at helping me aswell as helping a whole busy store of customers. The whole time they were smiling and friendly.

I am the w o r s t bra shopper ever but the staff were absolutely amazing! They measured me and recommended three styles which they put in a change room for me. I was able to have a look around (at the sale stuff in particular #poorunistudent) and then make my way to the change rooms where the recommended ones were waiting for me. There was another staff member in the change rooms the whole time totally available to assist anyone regarding fitting and styling (I was too shy but she asked how I was going). Ended up finding some of the best bras I’ve ever worn (having lost weight)! Thank you so much to the lovely ladies, I’m so sorry I didn’t grab any of your names!

Went to treat myself to some new bras after a year of breastfeeding I was ready for someone to take care of me! No one offered to help me when browsing or fit me properly, then I was left standing waiting for assistance in the change room for over 10 minutes. Had to get dressed & go looking for a new size myself.
Very disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience here and I'm sure it was because of the staff. I can't recall her name, which is a shame as she deserves a shout out, but she was so so patient and helpful and not at all pushy.
I got a bra fitting too, so that takes lots of time. I came with my non english speaking mum and she was very kind to her too.
There was only one staff member and at one point 3 clients in store and she skilfully butterflied around talking to everyone making sure no one needed help or giving help they needed.
She never stopped smiling either. I was quite impressed.

Bras n Things has some beautiful stock as always, but in this one my shopping experience was above other shops, for sure.
