The girls are so sweet and lovely, very helpful and made ne so comfortable while trying things on in their store.

You might get good knowledgeable staff if you are lucky. Very expensive garments. A plus is the variety, location and sizes.

OMG the team at Morley are so wonderful! Like a clown I purchased the wrong size bra yesterday so took them back to exchange them today and actually got the wrong size again! It was 100% my own fault and I was so embarrassed to go back again but the ladies who served me were so sweet and considerate! Quality customer service! Thanks Ladies!

Shopped at the Galleria store on Saturday with my 15 year old daughter, who needed a fitting, and I was blown away by the professionalism and very friendly staff. The young lady who served my daughter was very understanding and made my daughter feel comfortable. Will definitely return

I had the worse experience today. I went to the morley shop today and requested the lady at the counter to help me with the fitting. She came in twice. I wasn't ready, the second time she came. And then I waited for nearly 15 mins inside the change room. The lady wasn't serving this time. She was chatting with a customer who had finished her shopping. Every minute that I stood inside the change room was so uncomfortable. I hated myself for going to the morley shops. There were 2 ladies in the shop to serve. Then one left. I mean, if you see ppl in ur store, shdnt u just help out? It was a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Will not go to Morley store ever again.

Friendly staff but just need to have the right priced items in the right place because we need to know howmuch we are paying before we get to the checkout. I don't like this, try it and I'll find out the price for you. This is not on and it's an old sales trick. If they're in the 50% off, then that's what you should be charging.

I were in Belmont which I'm not going there to shopping I prefer to go to Morley which is a pretty far but absolutely fantastic customer service definitely I'll go there for my next shopping and highly recommend too

Fantastic service. I went to Belmont store in the weekend and the service was awful. Today I decided to give the morley store a try and I’m so glad I did the young lady was amazing. Fantastic service and friendly. Even if there was limited stock in my size she tried to help and gave me lots of options. Perfect customer service skill. Need more like her in all your other stores.

My Mum and I went into the Morley store to purchase a gift, however, the three sales assistants who watched us walk in were too busy chatting amongst themselves to even offer assistance. We left empty handed.
