The reason for 2 stat is because i can never talk to them. First of all, i have to call 3 times before i can finally speak to a lady and got a email of their fee, then when i tried to call them to discuss further, no one will pick up the phone ever, always message box for at least 10 times, even i left a message says i want them to call me back, but still, no one calls! I am so disappointed! And as a website designer, the phone number on their website is not professional as well, i have to exit the page, remember the number then call. Keep uptodate please! Nowadays people can call from webpage.
