From the first hello i was warmly welcomed by Jamie Leigh and didnt feel rushed through the whole process, the conversation was inviting and comfortable. I was advised every step of the procedure and she took great care in advising what was suitable for me. It was a very professional and genuine experience and i would definitely recommend

If you want to get amazing brows absolutely go to Jesse! She is so patient and kind, makes multiple accomodations for me and my sensitive eyes so that I can still receive a full treatment and feel beautiful afterwards.

Had a very thorough consultation with Sanja who has an absolute wealth of knowledge. She answered all my questions, made me feel super comfortable and was very easy to talk too. The whole experience was very professional. Salon is immaculate and of highest standards. Will be back again, thank you so much.

I was so impressed by Kate’s service. She made my first experience at the clinic very comfortable and she provided me with all the information to ensure I completely understood my procedure. I would definitely recommend her services. Unfortunately the only let down would be the manner of the receptionist. Not welcoming at all and such a shame as it’s very off putting for customers.

I recently went into the clinic again to get my lips done with Kate as I absolutely love her work. However the receptionist was incredibly rude. I had paid $100 in deposit but she insisted that I only paid $50 and wanted to charge me the additional $50 I already paid.

I explained to her that I booked 2 services and so the total deposit was $100. She simply replied ‘no that’s not how it works’. Very dismissive. I proceeded to showing her the bank transaction of $100 but she continued interrogate me as if I was lying. She harshly told me to email a screenschot of the transaction and got even more annoyed when I tried to ask which email…

This made me feel SO uncomfortable in front of the other clients in the waiting room. I left the appointment feeling “broke” due to her tone towards me even though I paid the full $100 deposit.

It’s a shame my appointment finished this way, I love my results and Kate as always was amazing.

Maddie (at Inglewood) talked me through all of my options, allowed me to ask questions and I felt so comfortable with her I decided to go ahead then and there. I’d highly recommend her to any first timers for injectables ️
