Special mention too to Kylie for her outstanding research and solutions in obtaining replacement hearing aids for my elderly infirmed mother, which no one else, including the ineffectual, unprofessional and above all, resistant responsible government bodies and their incompetent public servants (from the top down) were able to achieve.

I cannot rate Brad Hutchinson Hearing high enough, and in particular Pallavi.

Three years ago I finally convinced my mum that she needed to see about her hearing. It was a daunting and confronting experience for her as she had lost a considerable amount of her hearing. Pallavi was very empathetic to mum’s situation, and while she is caring, she is also extremely competent.

For a very nominal annual fee mum is entitled to all of the little extras that are required over the year for her hearing aids i.e. Batteries etc.

Also, every few months Mum goes in for ear wax removal and Pallavi thoroughly cleans her hearing aids. At mum’s last appointment a few weeks ago, Pallavi suggested that we send mum’s hearing aids off to be checked before the warranty runs out. Very proactive.

While I have focused on Pallavi, every encounter we have had with the staff at Brad Hutchinson Hearing has been excellent.

I would like to say a big thank you to the team at BHH. Brad and Simone did an awesome job at listening to my daughter Isobel’s issues, completed a number of tests and made her feel at ease.

Brad Hutchinson was very caring and professional to diagnose and address my hearing loss. My hearing has improved so much that I can now hear the deafening chorus of legitimate customer reviews over the obvious fake reviews spurted by malicious and anonymous keyboard warriors.

I have been going to Brad Hutchinson for many, many years and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. I have been to both North Perth and Dianella. I have found all staff to be very professional and yet friendly, caring and accommodating to my needs. I am a senior lady and everything has always been patiently and thoroughly explained to me until I fully understood any questions I had. I have friends who have been elsewhere and not been happy but after going to Brad's wonderful company they are now like me and wouldn't go anywhere else again.
