Bra Town & West Coast Swimwear

Honestly one out of the 2 ladies working was absolutely lovely and amazing. But the other lady was horrible and sour. The bikinis placed near the door would set off the alarm when moved and she snapped at us to move away from the door with the bikinis, although they are on the shelves setting it off. The other lovely lady moved the whole selection onto another portable rack so we could look at the bikinis stress free. Unfortunately the bad customer service ruined the whole experience making us feel like we couldn't look at or touch anything.

Just came to look at reviews and I see other people have been disappointed with the customer service of one staff member in particular as I was. I found her attitude rude and dismissive and yes it’s quite embarrassing trying on bras and when you get spoken to in an annoying rude manner this doesn’t make you feel good. The bra selection was poor as in only one type of bra and store seemed disorganised as I found it hard scrummaging through the messy assortment (one type I was looking for were difficult to find and too many on the one rack).

I visited today and walked away with a big smile. I dread buying bras but the girls made it so easy and I felt comfortable and looked after. Definitely coming back and telling everyone to visit

The lady who attended to me was great. I purchased two bras and they not only fit well but are comfortable to wear and lovely to look at. I am very happy.

1) Their claim "largest selection of bras.south of the river, Perth" seems clearly to be a lie. The shop is tiny.
2) Wasn't allowed to join my partner in the fitting room, even while she wanted me to help. I'm male, and other women could feel uncomfortable. I understand this. Others may find it good. I don't.
3) We wanted a certain size. The fitter said that's too wide under the bust (we did measure beforehand) and recommended two to three sizes smaller, with a larger cup. We bought one size smaller than intended due to their recommendation. After wearing the bra for a day, there is a deep red impression on the skin of my partner under the bust.
All in all, it was a very disappointing experience. We did not get in contact to sort things out because we think a drive for over an hour to get there again is not worth our time.

If you want genuine customer service and knowledgeable staff this is the place to go. I always shop here for bras as they are extremely helpful and know their stuff. If you want to try an extended range this is the place for you. They are more than happy to order items in for you and very reasonable time frame. Love this place, make it your first choice if you want an excellent experience.

I hadn't bought bathers for a few years and was having such a hassle buying new ones in the style I wanted. I finally went to this place and the service was awesome! The woman who assisted me in the shop found exactly the style I needed! Being a larger lady, finding bathers is usually a nightmare for me, but this place I walked in and was assisted immediately and found my style quickly. The service here is amazing with a diverse range of bras and bathers.

I popped into here today to look for swimwear. The ladies were incredibly helpful and friendly. The selection of swimwear was amazing, lots of styles and colours to choose from and very reasonably priced. So great I bought 2 pairs! Will go back whenever I need something without hesitation.

I have been purchasing my bathers and bras from Bra Town for many years there service is absolutely outstanding and I haven't come across any other service in Perth that could even compete. Today I purchased new bathers, again an outstanding service. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. So friendly and attentive, have great advice. Thank you again Highly recommend

Fantastic service and the lady that served me, was very professional and sized me as well as asked me questions to help determine my size bra. She helped me fit it properly and helped me fasten them up and made sure that they fitted correctly and when they didn't suit she was nup let's try a diffeabt brand. (Much better than other bra stores where they have fitted me and even though was to small said well that's the best we can do, so was made to feel like I had to purchase). Didn't feel any pressure in buying anything. And the girl at the counter was friendly and gave me advice on how to wash my bras (not in a bag hand wash or wash in shower only) I walked out feeling happy and confident that I was finally sized properly and my boots sit where there supposed to and not sagging down around my belly. Will be back in future. And highly recommend

I was amazed to walk in and buy a bra in 5 minutes flat. I explained my problem to the lady. After measuring me she chose a bra for me to try on. This was the bra I bought. This has never happened before and I'm 65. Thank you for ordering two more, I will be back in two weeks.
They also sell underwear, swimming costumes and PJs.

The ladies here are super helpful, came in looking for bathers and came out very happy with two pairs! Nothing was too much trouble and they have so many plus size options! Will definately be back!

I just wanted to say I just had the best experience here! As someone who has a very large cup size it can be a nightmare to find a bra that is even close to fitting. After a sales person at another store suggested I try Bra Town, I decided to head over and give it a try. I was fitted for a bra by a lovely and knowledgeable lady, who really understood my struggle. First time in ages that I feel I am in a bra that is the perfect size. Thankyou so much!

Yesterday I spent hours at Kmart, bigw, and target trying to find a few bras that would fit. I found 0. Then I decided to just go spend the money and go to Bra Town.
The service was amazing as always, the ladies know immediately what to bring you, no getting dressed and undressed to get different sizes off the racks. They just bring them in to you and help adjust them. Good old fashioned customer service. Show your girls some love and go support this business, 100% worth the money. Don’t spend your life in uncomfortable Bras!
