Highly recommended Benny from B&Q. I injured my lower back from exercising. Though I had physio and personal trainer to help me get back to where I was, it was a frustratingly long journey. I stumbled across B&Q, and only after a few sessions with Benny, my lower back was fully recovered. I am now able to train power lifting without any issues. If you have any sport injuries, I would say definitely try out B& Q, they are awesome!

I started coming here for general body pain management and I have been feeling much better since. I cannot recommend this place enough. Both Benny and Queenie know what they are doing and treat each patient on an individual level. The place is always welcoming and tidy, and I always look forward to my appointments. The best!

I received treatment from Benny throughout the process of trying to conceive through IUI. Benny was amazing, and within two months of treatment I had the first 28 day cycle of my life, one month later I was finally pregnant. I had a successful pregnancy and a healthy baby, and I firmly believe without this treatment I would not have been able to fall pregnant. I'm currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment for bowel cancer and I read online that acupuncture may be able to help reduce the side effects such as neuropathy, fatigue and nausea.

To say I'm blown away at how well it has worked would be an understatement. I'm much less fatigued and my neuropathy has been reduced by 80% at least.

Benny is very knowledgeable about acupuncture and it's benifits for chemotherapy patients. He is also great at discussing my side effects and pin pointing a treatment plan whilst explaining everything along the way.

I will continue to use B&Q Acupuncture and highly recommend anyone try them out especially if you're experiencing side effects from chemotherapy.

Dr. Benny has given me back my quality of life, after suffering with sciatica nerve pains from my lower back down my leg to my toes, getting only 2 to 4 hours intermittent sleep each night and falling over due to weak muscles and balance issues, I am now sleeping at least 7 hours per night, the pains have all but gone and no more falling over.
Dr. Benny administered Acupuncture, Electro-Acupuncture, and Cupping to my lower back and left leg, he also prescribed Herbal medicines to detoxify my body, cleanse my blood and to get my energy back again, all of which have worked wonders for me.

Excellent pain management for Morton’s neuroma (nerve pain in the feet). Holistic approach has also helped to speed up recovery from lingering cough, menstrual pain and PMT. Highly recommend B&Q as they have a lovely environment and are highly qualified individuals with excellent bedside manner. Here you get what you pay for and the cost is more than worth the outcome with a lot less risk than operations or steroid injects and no side effects…only up sides!

I've been seen Dr Queenie for a treatment on my chronic sinus problem and chronic bronchitis, also chronic bursitis in my arm and shoulder, just in less than 6 sessions I had a huge relieve on my pains and inflamation, I can definitely recomend her treatment with cupping, acupuncture and tradicional chinese medicine, I can sleep much better now after years of of being unwell.
