Good selection of quick takeaway foods, fuel prices are on the higher side in KB but plenty of parking.

Agree with another review, this place is filthy inside. Walls dirty, window ands doors not wiped…. Really quite disgusting wouldn’t want to eat anything from there considering the state of it. Very lazy staff

Bought some food from here, within 3 hrs I am sick as a dog.

Filthy dirty. Wouldn't eat out of the bain Marie. Ladies toilets locked and you need to leave your keys as deposit to get it. Didn't look at all clean and the toilet roll holder fwlloff and hit me. Avoid

Servo food is usually good. Lots of drinks and snacks with a few spare bits for your car. Has fast flow diesel and lots of room to park.

Drivers room closed from 9pm to 4am, rubbish and general litter around property edges, food quality varies, amenities not cleaned for over 24hrs, absolutely filthy to the point I didn't want to risk a shower, yet they want to charge $5 for the displeasure, dryer still out of order. Probably better staying in a parking bay on the roadside. Seems to be becoming the normal standard for truckstops and roadhouses.

This place is a joke will never stay here again no lighting toilets are disgusting showers not much better went to do my washing
but the dryer is broken no lights at all at fuel Baza now everyone is walk around in the dark

Drink are cold fuel is clean. Shame they don't serve food to the same level the use to. Was the place to eat all day round one. Shame.

Fuel stop I cant say it was a great experience but it was OK.it is annoying that there is no toilets just truckies shower rooms etc that you need to get a key for.

Sorry I'm not able to give a star rating; but I had to select one Star otherwise I could not post this message.
I had a motor-bike ride through the bush and ended up at BP for a Toilet break, a cold drink and maybe something to eat.
However the appearance of the establishment was very dissappointing. Outside weeds everywhere, windows were not clean, toilet urinal had blue tablets piled high as if someone emptied a bucket of them in it and ran.
Inside the food area, there were part opened packets of water and drinks waiting to be placed somewhere. One wall had part stickers removedmaking it look very tardy.
There are a number of cleaning companies in Kalgoorlie that could do the cleaning since the Staff do not do it.

My goodness, I hope the owners visit the store and stay, to bring it back to what it was when first opened.
Please show some love for your business and this town. Or sell it to someone who can show dedication, Love and care.

This BP is 24hrs and their food is always cold sad dry looking. Staff clearly are not keeping up a clean standard which would fall on the superviser or boss as the toilets and showers are never cleaned, no toilet rolls half the time, no hand-wash or sanitizer especially with Covid! Floors are dirty, bins always full, filth on walls and smells ferral.
The toilets and showers especially should be cleaned in between every person that uses them not just for covid but the many other germs and diseases you may comes across such as tinea. Due to the
many people that stop to use the showers, washers and toilets being a 24hr truck stop they should be using chemicals of some sort and scrubbing them or hiring professional cleaning company to keep the standard required at this time with covid lingering around.

I don't even give 1 star I used to go there every week for fillup my Truck and get good shower clean tidy place and free coffee but now everything changed. Full of rubish cant use anything. Better not to go next time. They think save money to not cleaning the premises haha but like me lot of other Truck driver don't fillup and who loose.
I reckon in next couple of years they might start charging cost to using toilet haha

This place is a consistently regular disappointment and a disgrace.

The shop is filthy, I doubt it has had a proper clean in years. Likewise the fuel pumps are in an equally shameful condition.

If you wish to have a shower you will need to walk around the back past the Washing Machines and the troughs were you will see an assortment of festering rubbish both in the troughs and on the ground.

The showers, when the plumbing is working and any of them are available, which is becoming more and more rare, I don't believe are ever cleaned.

I do not expect to find a five star Hilton hotel quality shower but I would expect to find a shower in a condition that I would at least be willing to wash my dog in. On many occasions I would not show my dog such disrespect as to allow him into the showers.

I can only assume the owners and or operators of the BP Roadhouse at south Boulder have absolutely no shame and no respect for their customers.

The York Hotel is well worth a visit, the photos and art work on the walls are interesting, the atmosphere is friendly, the beer cold the barmaid who served us (she is from Germany) was amazing.

A few years ago, this truck stop rocked 24/7.
Truckies live there lives on the road, they look forward to being able to pull up and enjoy a fresh meal and clean shower.
The disappointment after spending thousands on fuel here but, can’t get a cooked breakfast, clean shower or toilet is beyond frustrating!
I got offered a cheese sandwich at 6pm for dinner!
This is the only shower and food option in this direction around the clock in a road train.
This has been going on for months and months. I can’t express the utter frustration and disgust I have for the owner/ manager of this “truck stop “
It is a basic human necessity to shower and eat, neither of these are available here!

Truck parking lot smells like sewerage, kitchen closed at 7pm, the food available sitting in pools of oil/water/juice. Showers ok

Poor Customer Service and under cooked food. Staff and owners think customers are doing them a favour by buying stuff from their BP.

Toastie had been in the warmer for far too long, it was like a brick. No squeegees to clean windscreen. Staff complacent.

What a poor dirty Roadhouse.
Couldn't even cook a crumbed sausage for my 10 year old.and tried to charge me for someone else's fuel even when I told the Indian lady several times that I had not purchased fuel.
After getting food went to sit in the truckers lounge. OMG the filth.
Bin lids so dirty looked like they have not been cleaned in years.
Dead flys on the tables and just dirty dusty like it never gets cleaned.
I remember filling up here years ago and it was spotless.
Will be the last time I call in to the BP.
