5Pretty much as one would expect of a service station. Well stocked, handy for newspaper&some items&to use the toilets. Petrol, Gas&other items also on sale
It was 17/1/22 1513hrs I went to fuel my car. The customer service lady was very rude to me her delivery of service was poor, her way of talking to customers is not right. She needs lessons on how to deal with customers. I don’t think I’ll be fuelling there again. I felt humiliated, recently I purchased a new phone it was my first time using it to tap and pay. I had troubles doing it I let the lady know I was as having troubles if she had an idea on using iPhone. She was so infuriated instead of her offering help she started yelling at me, telling me “ I don’t care you need to pay, do you have cash or card I answered no she told me to remove my mask I need to see your face.then there was a guy who saw my struggles and walked towards me to help but I eventually managed.
Poor quality service, shoddy workmanship, dishonest mechanics. It's a shame places like this are allowed to operate.
Very bad service. Give us the fault info about the payment and the guy at the counter is very rude. Never come back.
Went there when their systems were down and I was paying cash but the lady made me wait there for ages while she made a phone call even though I had the right money.
