This is a strange set up. It's a service centre for people traveling further to Mandurah and beyond and need to refuel and grab a bite to eat.
For that reason I think the staff don't really care about providing good customer service because they don't get many customers.
It could just be me, but I find the vibe here weird and borderline hostile.

Reminded me of the english style rest stops has everything you need to refuel recharge and get back on the road quickly and easily! Also very clean

Highway petrol station like these should be built all the way around WA.

Been a great addition to the trips between Bunbury and Perth ever since they opened. Service is always quick and fuel is usually reasonably priced?

Good service station, could do with a larger range of drinks though, particularly healthy ones!

This is the style of Service Station you could find on the East Coast 3 decades ago but is far rarer in the West. Easy access from Fwy so refuel on route. No health food options but quick access to a coffee and some junk in your trunk for that drive to the South West.

Highlights of this service station is air pressure up to 120 psi. I have a bus and its rare to be able to do the tyres to that kind of pressure at a station.
Independent tyre pressure gauge at each pump for the truckie pumps, ample parking for cars and trucks, hand wipes at pumps and window washing facilities for trucks too! Sweet!

I love these types of 'roadhouses' This one way especially amazing! It's got a Cafe, Macas and a Red Rooster

Probably the best fuel station I have been to in Western Australia. Its really the same as finding a town to stop at for lunch it has everything you need there. I always make it a stop off when driving from Perth to home, even tho its only 20 min from my house the coffees there are to good to pass.

The only BP in Australind. Getting in and out of the pumps is a bit of an awkward mission depending on how occupied it is at the time and does require some premeditation. Staff are always friendly so that helps. They have coffee, ice bags, and trailer hire.

The servo is in great location the staff are great and have good variety of items for size of store use this all time

These two servo on Kwinana Freeway are a hit, they are getting close to the truck-stops that I experienced recently in Spain, they have it all, food, gourmet shopping, and few gift shops thrown in and awesome restrooms.:)

This petrol station has a brother across the road but don't let him know that I reckon this one is wayyy better

Very convenient and we'll laid out. Nice having a service station with a lot of different options for lunch and dinner.

Service at the petrol station needs improvement. Bowser was locked with no notification in sight. When I pointed this out to staff the only reply was a very curt “Well I didn’t lock it” from management. No explanation or apology. Not a great role to be setting.

Great coffee at Wild Bean Cafe always an added bonus. BP stations in the Metro area are clean and there is usually plenty of space and fastpump bowsers. These are the reasons I fill up at BP.

Average petrol station with the extras like the maccas and chicken treat. It’s new so it’s what you would expect.

Handy stop for a break as there is a variety of food places to choose from. Very popular and good for quick supply stop.

It was the best petrol station. It had a food court attached and the best cleanest toilets! What more could you even ask for.
