11 I went many times my experience was good but one customer was treated bad by BP staff night time as English was not his first language in end customer said sorry I think he don’t need be sorry staff behaviour was very inappropriate with customer. I was on phone that’s why did not intervene but saw everything
Please tell your staff follow BP terms and conditions which you people have on website
I am employee over here, had arm hold up on 22 june on this place i have been treated and misguided so badly over here in bp, I have all records and proof would soon be posting everywhere. I regret to join BP.

Awsome customer service. The team there are friendly, I always go for my morning coffee which is the best.
Had visited this store for coffee and I really felt so bad taste. I know how the wild bean coffee tastes but I felt that this coffee is prepared by used coffee powder.
Poor customer service the woman who was working today was very unpleasant not a nice person she was very rude and needs more training to be a better server I will never go there to this place ever again as there better petrol stations out there with better staff working there
Need to get that auto door fixed but the 4 stars are for the young blonde lady. She is so friendly and her customer service is amazing.she's the reason ill pay extra for my fuel
Staff need training in customer service.the girl behind the counter actually told me off for ringing the front door bell as it was locked, I can understand locking the door when you need to go to the toilet, I've worked in servos myself but the attitude she gave me about the door bell was surprising to say the least.ended up turning around and going elsewhere.
Since the revamp, this place has become awful. The staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing there. No training and no understanding of how EFTPOS and company cards work.
Awesome service station with good staff. Bought some Harry Potter key chains there and a young fellow served me who was ecstatic for me when I got Draco. He was so nice and cool - Micayla Kathleen
