Old fashioned service where you can just sit in your car and they Pump it for you, works well for me as I'm semi disabled

The two girls in here at 1.50pm on Wednesday the 1st of January were the absolute worst I have had to deal with for a while.proceeded to mock me laughing even when I was out the store. I will be complaining further. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I HAVE bad experience yesterday 17/12/21
I was asked the staff to put $70 fuel

Then i went to pay i got extra v drink and lollies
Might all around $75
I pay with my card and not askd recipe
I trust them!

Then 3 min latter i check my bank was been spending $112

Sure i was shock and not happy they stolen my money
Then i call the shop!
The staff say i dont know what you on about
My answer is ok if u dont know i will be there in 5 min

Then im arrive there i show the guy who served me
Then i say, i was here 30 min ago
Then i was asked you to put my fuel $70 rite
He say i dont know
I don't know what u on about

I was like are you ok?
Then the lady was 2 at cashier shut my word then she say u want cash back or returned to your card
I.was like excuse me you stollen my money from my card with out say sorry you just say like that to me

Then she say, you abusing my mate
I was like what you,?
Im explaining the happen b4 i pay the petrol
He served me first then you
Ofcourse i talk to him first

She shutting me just say all problem sorth it out
What else you want?
I was like you the one stolen money you the only one rude NOW u shutting me
Then no sorry not explaining the hapening

This scamming staffs just need attentions
Never support this business again

BP South Bunbury staff always have time to pass a kind word and share pleasantries with their customers. I always find them friendly, happy and cheerful to interact with as well as knowledgeable and informative about current and topical events, and about mechanical and automotive issues. I just love to pull up at the bowser and see which friendly face is coming out to greet me! Their spontaneity and happiness allows me to happily allow them to do their job of filling my car with their very reasonably priced petrol! They are very kind to me and they always make me feel so very special. It's fun sharing a small part of my day with family friendly BP Spencer Street South Bunbury W. A 6230

Chivalry is not dead. Friendly staff fuel up for you and wash your window. Such a pleasant fueling experience. Well priced fuel. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Great service, it's a pity they don't do auto consumables like windscreen wipers or transmission oil any more.

Place needs a bloody upgrade, getting a little dated but staff are very friendly and it’s in a good location.

People there are so helpful, especially when you need help filling up, washing windows and pumping up tyres. Keep up the great work.
