Lady in the morning around 07: 10 moody, no respect for customers at all. Asked me straight away for uber and i said "my bp" not uber. Asked for the skim milk latte and was full cream. Never gonna come back again. Staff needs to know how to treat customers. Unbelievable

The old lady in the morning counter is so moody always and does not greet the customers as if we are refueling our car free of cost. Not letting to scan our reward code properly also. So disgusting every time I visit the store!

Went in to buy bread and Milk, paid and went to the car, only to be waived down as my payment hadn't gone through. Made the payment again and when I got home, saw both transactions through my account.

Went back and they made it very clear this was now my problem and I had to go to my bank to dispute the transaction.

Could not have cared less.

But that's BP in a nutshell, really, judging by these reviews!

Was refill gasoline on 23th of May between 1035pm-1050pm.
When I step in the staff shout at me to take off my beanie. I felt he is racist at that moment as I saw numbers of others wear hat, beanie or cap into the store before.
The attitude is very rude. How can these people be cashier or customer service? Do they educated?

Jan- very arrogant, looked me with judging eyes when i scanned my reward card. Rude and felt bit of racism from her side. BP please check on your staff of they have problems dealing with some particular race. I just came for a cup of copy and spoiled my mood.

Wanted to buy a $100 gift voucher for a friend. Staff wasn’t able to manage it. Was trying to figure it out how it works for 15min. I asked for a refund and left without my voucher. Thanks for nothing.

Spent $25 for 2 car washes. Went to use first code after a 30 minute wait in line - did not work. Tried other code did not work. Car wash is bloody useless and a waste of time.
Girl in store rude and extremely unhelpful - could not care less.
Pity I have to rank them with 1 star as you are not worth that.
Just avoid them.

Great service great bp rewards except car wash does not clean properly and sometimes the car wash doesn't work.

Poor customer service, can't communicate. Priynka Indian girl was so impolite and rude! Instead of explaining she was yelling and
exhilarate the drama about the parcel and procedure. So not happy with this poor customer service!

Best fuel ever. My mechanic recommended me for BP now my car is running smooth. Staff is nice and professional although most of the time there is one employee. Coffee is awesome.

The employees of the big night shift are hiding.deliberately not opening the door.i have already encountered the same situation twice.

Carwash won't wash utes or vehicles over 1.86m even though the sign says max height 2.1m.
To be avoided at all costs.

Worst service ever. Staff are real dumb and not cooperative. When i tried to reach The manager "rubin" on the phone She refused to talk to me. *#$$ customer service from a rude manager.

Car wash always seems to be broken. I turned up today seeing there was a car actually being washed in the car wash and got turned away because "only 4 cars allowed in it today". Won't be coming back.

Car wash doesnt even clean! Picked most expensive and car was horribly dusty and dirty afterwards. Screen didnt work on car wash either. Terrible waste of money!

Fridges always out of stock. They are meant to be a good outlet but the toaster oven is consistently off. Fuel is always expensive compared to other areas. I won't bother going there again. Always disappointed.

Took my car here. It's a really poor wash. Left dirt and streaks all over the car, and cost $15. The car was fairly dirty, but not that bad. Also, it's not brushless and the bristles look kind of abrasive. If you like your car I wouldn't use this car wash. Oh yes, it was powerful enough to bend my mirrors back and forth.nice.

My dad took our car here and nealy destroy the Windscreen Wipers and the front license plate too. I say 0 out of 10.

Had the best price around and nice and new, bit of a pain to get in to if coming from thr east.
