Terrible customer service by Trevor. Looking at the review he is being named in evert bad review since 2 years but BP dosent seem to mind. I guess would be wise to avoid BP at all.

Absolutely appalling treatment this morning by the one and only Trevor. This man needs to be sacked. The amount of reviews clearly show the man hates working at BP‍️

Boyyy. Trevor hates his job. I mean i understand the frustration of working in retail but you take it out on customers.

Use to be my GO TO filling station untill i was served by an elder man named Traver. Initially i thought its only me he hates but i saw him harrasing a uber driver who was picking up the order from bp. He seriously needs help and BP's managers need to have a word with him. Happy to provide the details if i am contacted by BPs office.

Extreme rude customer service! I came to pick up items for Uber customers, and as usual per SOP, we should show order number and name of the persons who made the orders to the shop in charge in the time of pick up. The person in charge at around 1.10AM on 6th Feb 2022 (named TREVOR), did not like this SOP and told off in a rude language not to show the numbers on the gadget screen to him, but instead just tell the name.

This person, TREVOR, being quite mature in age should actually behave more politely and maintain business etiquette. We would not mind not to show him the number or name on the gadget screen if he spoke in respect, instead of speaking in rude manner, looking like being uneducated!

Petrol is petrol, and it's the people that make the difference, or sometimes the pies. On good Friday, 2pm, the lady behind the counter was just plain awful. I'm an upbeat guy, very polite with service people as I was one, but this lady is something else. I said, "see you later", she said, "snuh", or something like that. Hates her job.

Only way to start a hectic workday off in the morning is a visit BP Spearwood when "JERRY" (aka the "Guru" Barista of "wild bean cafe") is on shift.
*NOTE-If there was candidate for sainthood of "Coffee"-Jerry is the man.which included keeping the entire BP servo operation running smoothly like well oiled machine too.
Nothing beats a car tank full of "Ultimate98" plus a caffeine fill up of espresso to set the day up on the right foot for the days challenges.

Rude and arrogant. At 6: 30am, the staff allowed me to put $3 of fuel in my car then stopped the tank because my back door was open - because I had a baby in the car. I couldnt clearly hear the attendant over the microphone, when I took my baby out of the car to go inside, there were two attendants with no other customers. No one thought to come outside to tell me to close my door. He told me I could refill but I declined as I didn’t have time to repeat the exercise. Tell me BP, would you prefer that I kept my door closed with a baby in the car or held my baby while I filled up?

Filled up with Diesel 8.30 am this morning. Needed paper towels to wipe spilt fuel off car. Every paper dispenser on forecourt was empty. Two operators inside and no other customers on site. Had to explain three times to one operator that all paper towel dispensers were empty. Gave up in the end as she didn't understand and the other operator was too busy socialising on his mobile phone even though he heard everything I said didn't do anything about it. This is my regular servo and usually there are at least two paper dispensers that are loaded.

Having a package delivered by Hubbed to my house which I wasn't at home to sign for, it was sent to BP PHOENIX.
I would like to say that my dealings with the Manager at BP PHOENIX was awesome.
I would reccomended using BP PHOENIX to anyone.
Especially as a place for their parcels to be delivered to if your not going to be at home when your parcels and packages
are due to be delivered.
I'm also sure that BP PHOENIX is also a great place to fuel up and purchase any other items you might require further at a service station.

The Old fella worked at the mid night is terrible. Keep asking the Uber girl unrelated questions by not giving her the foods. Even need her to give away her personal details. We just keep waiting behind and seeing all this.
The girl is pool and we have been waiting for so long. It was suck. He is not professional at all.

I would just like to say Abdul is a wonderful worker, he always makes sure my coworkers and I are well looked after. Hes a great man overall and so respectful and i highly recommend going to the BP in Phoenix for this reason.

Good location with Access from all sides, a long line from KFC drive thru can cause issues at times, the place is locked down like a prison after hours.

Don't call them for help regarding delivery packages. Guy on the phone was polite at first, but only for a minute then told me to figure it out and hung up.
Better customer service suggestion is to hold the line or give a call back if busy.
Calibre does not extend that far.
