10 They saying night window after 10pm, first time hearing that in my life.
I think they don’t care the ratings,
If I could give no stars I would I used to go here often but Petrol is well overpriced compared to the private stations like Puma. The staff rotate all the time as customer service at this staition is poor. They are slow on most occasions as making coffee. I try to put air in tyres the air pump is broken on most occasions I have been. Just Bad in my opinion!
Worst service station ever i have ever been too. No customer service skills at all really rude and she throw the docket on counter like i asked something wrong will not recommend this place at all.
Just went to fuel the car console operator name nisha* (risha) was one of the rude person i have ever encountered in my life with no name tag i have ask her name what a shame for store manager to have employees like this who don't know how to talk to a customer. Never going back hope she get some training before getting into that counter.
Experience women staff at night shift give to Uber driver order without pack the items & delivery driver must pack by itself before delivery to customer. Already make a complaint with Uber about that.
Got my ubereats delivery order wrong twice now, completely forgot to send an item. Refuse to deliver item and have to apply for a refund through ubereats. Not hard to double check orders.
I asked the attendant if it was prepaid and he said yes, so i prepaid 20$
i walked to my car the bowser was still on the previous sale and i couldnt get any petrol, i returned to the attendant 2 more times to inform him that he had not reset the bowser, on the third time he accused me of stealing 12$ of fuel.other customers rocked up and did not use a prepaid service, so i was lied to.
The attendant lied to me, falsy accused me of theft and then said he will pass my details onto the manager.
How about you learn how to do your job before you waste 20 minutes of my time.
Liars about Velocity points. They have velocity point applications and ads on their counter but don't honour them.
Don't get me wrong here, I don't think velocity points are very good either, but these guys are quite unscrupulous so I will avoid as I wouldn't trust the quality of their products for it.
Last 3 times I've been in here purely to buy fuel, the counter staff members (different staff each time) have been extremely forceful with their promotions. If this was an isolated incident I wouldn't bother saying anything but 3 times in a row is enough to justify it. I understand they're just following what they've been asked to do (I also work in sales) but I shouldn't have to decline the extra potato chips and chocolate and whatever else they're trying to offer me, up to 5 times for them to finally let me just pay for the fuel and leave. Staff need to be better trained to attempt to overcome the objection in a friendlier manner, and not continuously try and force the topic when the customer has already politely declined multiple times.
