The staff should told to respect the customers. It does not matter if the store is busy or not you should at least not say offensive language to someone. If you working late till 10: the customer is also coming from work and is exhausted. You should be respectful and calm while communicating as window is closed so i could not hear properly and than the girl working over-here on Thursday 10 -12-2023 was very rude around 10: 25.
Kindly advise her

I don’t write much but the staff there is really unprofessional.
I just needed a coffee and waited there for 10 minutes even the store was not busy.
There were two workers and both of them just served counter.
I just looked at them many times then one of them came to make a coffee for me.
When he made that he hadn’t even told me for 2 minutes that my coffee is ready.
Really bad service.

Indians, sitting on crates behind the counter, earbuds in and on PHONE CALLS in a different language. Three of you people and you still can't be professional. HOW ABOUT YOUR GREET YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS.disgusting!

Their coffee machine is always under cleaning. I visited third time and girls start wiping machine.

This is the worst bp store in Perth! Management in this store needs to be replaced as they treat their Australian staff like rubbish while the Indian staff barely work and give very poor customer service, nor do the Indian staff know how to make coffees. Management at this store have also just sacked the best most friendliest Aussie worker they had and honestly if I have to say many customers only return to this store on a regular basis because of the excellent customer service that sheree offers of all her customers. So disappointing that the company showed no loyalty or respect or value to the best worker this store has ever had and I for one will never return to this store now that sheree no longer works and I bet you lose heaps of your customers now she is gone!

I barely write reviews even if I had a bad experience though. The guy at the counter was really rude and arrogant. I was picking up a parcel and got icy poles.
I was never told (or should say "ordered") by someone that rude before, he seriously needs to consider to have another job. And I completely agree to all the recent reviews

To the guy working on 9/02/2022 around 9: 25…. I had a valid card which i use for coffee and it was my turn for a free one and i asked for a large chai latte. The guy literally gave me a half empty cup…. Like what the hell… i felt so disgusted by this behaviour! He made me feel like someone cheap asking for a free coffee. Never thought i had to go through an experience like this from BP

To the lady working at night. I went to pick up the order and she said u r too early and leave the store and wait outside which i did actually and then after 5 mins i went back to pick up the order she started being rude and started explaining all the white guy wait outside but u guys come so early i said sorryyy! Seriously! Because uber doesn’t say us that what tike u should go in there so as soon as u get the order u just go straight to the restaurant because customer is waiting as well at home. Then she didn’t even let me say a single word and started being rude and explaining about the policy and throw the food in front of me and asked me to take it affcourse i refused. Such a disappointing situation it was experienced by me first time in this gold country.

Hi i just went to this station at 11: 20pm sunday 9 January 2021 and i had experienced worst service ever the old lady working now she doesn’t know how to speak and showed reckless behaviour i don’t know why u guys hire such type of people and she was abusing for no reason and then said gonna call police it was so rude and inappropriate my request to manager and owner (teach her some good manners otherwise their is no need to keep her at work thanks)

Very poor service by the Indian man behind the counter. Very rude and aggressive. I am medically exempt from wearing a mask and they way I was just treated was disgusting!

Very Rude lady name starts from M went to pay my fuel never gonna come here again.

Second time I am missing my reward because the scanner couldn't read my card looks like every Tuesday evening the scanner not working and looks fishy.not recommended for collecting reward points

8.15am 21/3/2021 the bigger girl that works at this servo, is completely, useless. Doesn't smile, doesn't walk fast, told her about a fuel spill weeks back, she didn't care at all. I work at 7/11 so I know how it works. This girl should be fired. Disgusting.

The old short lady that makes the morning coffee's is extremely rude with zero customer service, never cracks a smile, never says hello and makes you feel like making a coffee is an inconvenience to her. Looking through the other reviews on this station it looks as though management need to steep in and shake it up or clean it out. I avoid getting my morning coffee from this place just so I don't have to deal with her and start my day off on a negative.

Also she cannot make coffee she makes it way to hot!

Appalling treatment from woman working nightshift, just pure rude and she should not be working there. Not the first time either I have had to deal with her. Will not be ever returning to this BP station again.

You are much better off using the BP further down Beeliar drive for dropping off Sendle packages.

During covid-19; toilet and hand wash area is clean and accessible unlike many other service stations whose toilets are constantly "out of order". This is a good stop for drivers and Logistics workers. Customer service was good at the time I visited. Coffee was reasonably good too!

What a bad service of the young lady working on mornings shift on Tuesdays. The more mature lady seems ok. However, it doesn't excuse the bad attitude of the young lady towards customer like myself.hopefully she get a warning or something.
