The guy working at shift on 12 may at 11: 30pm refused to toast the banana bread, he completely refused by saying that they stop doing that from last week and I have to buy what is displayed here. Not good for the customers, have to be checked by the owner, customer satisfaction level zero

This BP is one of my most favourite to top up my fuel. The staffs are really friendly. And! They always made excellent coffee to my taste. Loving it!

Hey BP, my Dad did as you requested and sent the information to the email you provided. A week ago. The only response so far was a reply email saying "this email address is not monitored. Are you going to respond or was that just words to make you look better to the public?

Excellent customer service by Binny. Always goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and taken care of. Always full of positivity and very professional.

I just came in to pay for fuel but the gentleman tonight was very pushy towards upselling me an extra two bottles of water "for the price of one" when we all know one bottle costs $4.50 which is the price of 2 bottles anyway. I know this is usual protocol and I have been happy to go along with this in the past, but I was not happy with how pushy the man was today. I bought the two bottles of water but I am not coming here again.

They said they cant do my 5$ cash out in the morning because they wont have enough cash for the day. I even explained how time sensitive it was as I was heading to church but she didnt care.
