13Apparently it’s company policy that they are not allowed to make coffee before 5: 00am. I have been getting coffee at 4: 00am, 6-7 days a week since they opened. We also fill all our company vehicles here though we won’t be any longer
I had a $200 bp fuel gift card. On May 27 2023, I used it here once to pay for approx $110 fuel.
The Bp staff member had no idea what to do with it, but eventually handed back my mobile phone & said all done. O did ask for a receipt, but left without one. Knowing I had at least $80-$90 left on the gift card, I tried to use it to pay for $73 fuel at this same bp & card has $0 on it. I've contacted the place I bought the card from. Was told to contact the provider of the gift card, which I did & told to contact bp directly. Which I've tried, to no avail. I'm hoping bp will see this post & reach out to me.
Appalling customer service from the Indian member of staff working today. Absolutely disgusted with her approach and behaviour. Just vile.
Went today Thursday 8am, felt very unwelcome and embarrassed, was on the phone to my partner making sure it was diesel as I have never filled his car I have them I front of everyone over the microphone 3 times say please get of phone I heard was very frustrating then came in and was no welcoming or service at all. Won’t be back.
Appalling customer service- if you can't be bothered or don't care don't work there. Couldn't pay for fuel due to old and outdated card scanners and then missed an important medical appointment. Staff there couldn't care less and started filling out a police report form until the payment went through. They had taken my personal details and them wouldn't give the form back. Absolutely shocking treatment and I won't get fuel or anything else there again. Try providing some customer service!
They refused to refuel my helicopter. I even offered more petrol money even though it already costs two kidneys for a full refuel, and they had the audacity to refuse. I do not recommend my fellow helicopter pilots to stop by the BP to fuel up.
Went here to refuel my Prado. Diesel was more expensive than other petrol stations. Also there a guy working there being rude, not friendly and polite staff. Just do some research found why their rating is low. I’m disappointed and never back again
What can one say the store is good. Petrol is always more expensive then others. The worst is I have been there several times since they opened and the air pump never works to put air in your tyres. You advise the staff and nothing changes they just don't care so I give zero stars for service!
I'd rather use Puma up the road cheaper fuel and air pump works on all occasions!
This service station looks lovely and is well located.
However:
- Equipment frequently doesn't work.
- The staff are generally not willing to engage in anything above rudimentary services.
- The petrol prices are usually more expensive that the other nearby stations.
Even escalating complaints to the head office is faced with terrible customer service.
Rather use the Puma, Shell or Ampol, all a mere kilometre away.
Never seen a servo that constantly has no tyre pressure pump working, or at least having to go inside to collect the hose because they’re too afraid someone will steal it. You can pay for fuel on the app but need to run a marathon to check your tyres at this site.
I was filling my car up when the fuel was cut off and I was told over the speaker to turn my headlights off, on asking why, I was told if there is fuel on the ground it will ignite, what a total load of rubbish! The staff should go to the BP page and read the information on "filling up" there is nothing regarding this at all nor is there any information anywhere stating this to be true.
24hrs for fuel and foodstuff.
Bright and safe even after hours.
If only it has a carwash.
