Really bad customer service I’ve experienced in BP ever. Looks like not full training at all the staff. I felt not welcome to spend money in the store. Not familiar the item price, the use of till and all the update policy. I am sure you will lost most of the customers in the following days.

Went to pick up a parcel as they are a collection centre but they couldn't find it. A delivery driver was there at the same time saying he won't drop parcels there as they always refuse them. Called the delivery company and found they had refused it. Pointless being a collection centre if they don't accept deliveries.

Ordered a coffee through the bp app on pre order only to turn up and told we won't make it until you pay for it. Don't offer a service if you can't provide it. Useless!

Went to this service station on 1/4/2022 at 8: 30pm to put fuel in my car (pump no. 8). After I paid for the fuel and returned to the car, I noticed that my fuel gauge had not moved (ie fuel tank was still empty). Waited for a few minutes (for the electronics to recalibrate) to confirm this and the gauge still registered that no fuel was dispensed into the tank.
I approached the employee at the station (Prayesh) to explain the situation and he acknowledge that there was a fault with pump no. 8. I asked for a refund (or a credit) to remedy the situation. Instead of resolving this promptly, he said he had to call his manager (who was not present). He did this multiple times and after 30 minutes (of texting and calling) - said his manager was NOT responding. Told me to come back the next day (Saturday 2/4) and assured me his manager would be around.
I returned the next day at 2pm and spoke to another employee (Naupreet). I asked to speak to the manager and again, was told the manager was not present. Like the night before, she called and texted him multiple times for the better part of 30 minutes- only to tell me the same story. The manager is not answering and that if I want a refund, I had to return a second time on Monday.
The above nasty experience has shown that this service station has no regard for customers. Not only did they fail to let customers know that a fuel line is not working, they’d happily steal that money and then stall with any form of remedy.
I would strongly caution.all potential customers against fuelling at this station (BP Currambine) and if you do, make sure there is actually fuel in your tank.

Prices were really high and the staff were no where to be seen. Please improve your attention to detail. Dont want to talk it down, just what was so.

This place has like fuel for cars, so thats pretty cool i would say.the fuel is like any other fuel, it makes cars go so it does its job perfectly which is the first reason it deserves five stars, it deserves 5 stars because so many people are giving it low reviews for stupid reasons and there needs to be something to balance the reviews out and give an actual good review of the place
bp is alright and should have more 5 star reviews and less 1 star reviews than it has currently as it is not as bad as these reviews make it seem i have seen multiple reviews complain about prices but a company always tries to get some amount of profit so of course prices may seem bad or petty thing such as somebody talking too long or that the car wash closes at 8pm i think bp doesnt deserve the hate it gets because at the end of the day its literally a gas station and you shouldnt be complaining so much

Staff are always very polite and respectful, never been to busy, and the store is tidy and has a good set up.

Fuels always more expensive than anywhere else, pumps are dirty, service depending on the time of the day is bad. Went to buy a coffee which is all I wanted and the attendant there kept trying to on sell me food that I didn’t want although I kept saying no. I ended up having to pretty much yell at her saying all I want is a coffee. She still didn’t really listen though.

Took awhile for my uber eats but when it came i got a free coffee voucher and gift card soooo 10/10 would shop again

I would like to give these 5 stars for this guy, SUMEET, he is so good at making perfect coffee. Always having big smile on his face and welcoming nature.

Terrible customer service,
Redirected a parcel to be collected there. Parcel could not be left due to size.
TNT advised there should be no size restrictions and they have to accept. BP refused to help, refuse to let me speak to manager, refused to contact TNT driver who had literally just left. Offering a service they cannot fulfil and likely getting paid for this. Disgusting

It's just bad, as bad as a servo could get. The staff are rude, the pumps are always dirty, no water in the jugs or buckets, the car wash is expensive and doesnt do a great job.

It gets two stars because it serves fuel, difficult to mess up that step

Just off the Mitchell freeway, good spot not really ever competitive on pricing but not the dearest. The bonus of this BP is the space. Lots of space for trucks to do their thing with little stress. Parking spaces for those who just want a coffee or pie is off to the side, safe but also doesn’t hinder other fuel getters.

Well orientated petrol station. Bowsers flow well. Customer service from staff is great always fast.

I have been buying coffee from this bp but every time I met the lady who was working today around 1: 30 pm. She always made a cold coffee for me ridiculous stuff.

Because it's BP, the petrol is not cheep. Also, getting back on to Burns Beach Road can be a bit of a pain.

I don't know why but I really like this BP. I don't really think of gas stations as cool places to visit, but the vibe of this one just seems to get me. They make good coffee and the staff is always friendly. It's a gas station so there's really not that much to say about it.

Friendly staff, great selection of stock, never out of stock. Shame it's so pointlessly expensive.

Fuel will be fuel any place but the service at the counter we get differs.
This store has a separate counter for coffee & bakery, but orders & payment will not be taken here. Orders has to be placed at the main counter (stand in the line even if you want just a coffee and no fuel) and wait at the coffee counter?
Unsure if this was the agent that day or BP Customer Service Guidelines, if it's the later it is strongly needs a change!
