30I like the place and I feel comfortable and secured and the people working in this station is friendly
Had some nice goodies for tourists and had a cold one during a rest stop. (I wasn’t driving)
I spent $200 AT THIS BP AND ASK IF I COULD HAVE A SHOWER AS all bp have free shower and management declined said it only for the truck drivers I said bp website said it for anyone still said no so I will not be stopping there again and the people I have told so far won't be I will be telling everyone on my travels
Plenty of fast food, 90 percent deep fried food, coffee is hit and miss, depends who makes it can be quite good. Big turnover of food as is quite popular among the locals and workers so generally quite fresh. Or as fresh as fried food can be
We made the mistake of trying to fill up on our way out of Broome, and it turned out to be a bad idea. I strongly advise against it. It's better to fill up before reaching Roebuck or wait until you arrive in Broome.
The customer service at this fuel station was incredibly poor, with zero concern for any issues we had with the pump. If you need premium unleaded fuel, be cautious because we encountered a faulty fuel pump.
The fuel pump lever repeatedly stopped the flow when we tried to press it, and the flow rate didn't seem to match the ticking numbers. We had to press the lever ever so slightly to get any flow, and even the slightest increase would cause it to click and stop.
When we tried explaining this problem to the attendant at the counter, she dismissively responded, "It's still flowing, just slower. That's just how it is because it's old. "
We paid $89.95 for what was supposed to be a 50L fill-up, but our fuel gauge needle indicated that the tank was still far from full. Certainly had some suspicion the faulty pump may not be accurately counting the fuel flow.
Very friendly, wide range of food choices. Sadly my sausage roll was so dry from being in warmer too long. Probably would be better to sell them at half price when that way as they're very expensive.
Stopped at this roadhouse on a journey through the area. Good food and a great atmosphere at this place in the outback. Quite pleasant sitting in the beer garden with a meal and drink.
Took motorhome out for a drive from Broome. Lunch. Very happy helpful staff. Thank you.enjoyed my trip out there. Will be back
Great staff BEST FOOD of all Roadhouse meals in the country must stop every time I am in Roebuck Plains
Very rude blonde women, told me to put a shirt on with a tone and shortness. So ieft with out getting fuel or food. I get it, but there is ways of saying things. I'll never buy from here again. Other then that broome was amazing as normal.
Great home made sausage rolls, however one of the staff must have been having a bad morning when she served me i gave her cash to pay and she didn't look very impressed! We all have a bad hair day every now and then.
Great truck stop to have Breakfast and lunch. Really delicious food to pick from, and a great place to buy unique items from that specific place. Really enjoyed it.
Good food, had breakfast there. Large menu to choose from, pub and the convenience store is well stocked.
Friendly staff. Clean venue. Cheaper fuel than Broome. Chicken curry pie was the worst I've eaten.
Very expensive for what you get food wise. Coffee was barista made and not hot, maybe 45 degrees max. Toilet is outside, tiny and wasn't clean when I went in there.
We thought we would fill up on our way out of Broome. BAD IDEA. Don’t do it. Fill up before you leave. If you’re heading to Broome fill up before Roebuck or when you get into Broome.
Terrible customer service with a care factor of zero if you have any issues with the pump.
Dodgy fuel pump if you need premium unleaded.
Based on our experience would Highly recommend filling up anywhere else you can.
Fuel pump lever keeps stopping flow when you try to press the lever and flow rate doesn’t seem to be flowing yet the numbers are still ticking. You have to press it the slightest bit to get any flow and if you press the tiniest bit more it will click and stop.
Tried to explain this to the girl at the counter who merely said “it’s still flowing, just slower and that’s just how it is because it’s old”
We filled “50L” for $89.95 which should have filled our tank, yet the fuel gauge needle is still far short of Full.
Highly suspect that the fuel flow may not be counting correctly due to the faulty lever
Very busy, lots of space to park. Fuel, food, water and air available. Great friendly and efficient service.
Terrible attitude from the English blonde sheila working there 03/09/21. Haven’t had a more unpleasant customer service experience in my life. I drove in and got stuck behind some bloke who blocked the only low flow diesel bowser while he went for a feed, so reversed my vehicle around to get the other side of the bowser lined up with my fill point. When I went in to pay she gave me a tonne of dry lip service thinking she was awfully funny. I get the impression she thought I drove in to the station against the flow of traffic, but she wasn’t too interested in absorbing any information when I tried several times to explain and defuse her calmly. Pull ya’ head in love and get over yourself.
So Busy. But once your inside you can relax, have a great meal or drink. Read all the licence plates mounted on the walls. Loved the sign out side just to slow you down.
Everything you do and don't need, and no better place if you're in the mood for some great tasty takeaway, good Sit down menu as well
