Coffee tasted terrible. I had to throw it out. I knew some thing wasn’t right when I heard the sound of the coffee machine this early morning. The guy also had no idea how to make a decent coffee. Won’t be getting a coffee here again!

That brown guy is the most rude person, he doesn't utter a word just mumbled like a clueless moron.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service I have experienced on MULTIPLE occasions with the same member of staff.
Every time I order a chai latte I am denied due to “cleaning the coffee machine”.
No matter what time of day it is, I am still being refused.
Last time I checked chai doesn’t get dispensed through a coffee machine.
Makes me wonder how many other customers are being refused hot beverages by this same member of staff.
Sunday 26/02/2017 - 7.25PM, I went to buy a vacuum ticket and found out it is very weak. I went back in straight away and said to the old lady and ask if I can swap to another machine. She said: "sorry, I don't know". Disappointed, I came out and keep vacuuming. Not yet, I came back again and suggest she should put the mch Out Of Order. She said "yes, thank you" but after I left, I have noted that she didnt do anything, just standing there and read sth. Only one customer filling petrol at that time. So sad for this business to have this kind of staff. I am a regular customer at this place and will never use the service if I see this lady again, very poor customer service.
