BP

How can BP just increase the carwash from $20 to $25? That is a 25% increase? This is daylight robbery and BP head office should answer this. It is just not acceptable to have 25% increases whilst the inflation rate is barely 1%. Shamefull!

Just been into the local BP and while I was in there I decided I was gonna buy 2 can of Monster Energy drinks because of the promotion they where advertising in the fridge window (buy 2 can of any 500ml monster energy, and receive a free monster energy scratch card). When I got till the till I was told that was an old promotion, even tho it only start 21st September and runs out next month. Once I spoke to another lady she told me they don’t have that. If this false advertising? I don’t believe Monster Energy would do this. Very disappointed in the help or lack of help to sort this.

After fuel my motorcycle I tried to inflate my tyres in their BP's pump station which was out of order, but there were no sign that state it. My veichle was damaged by the pump station and I was forced to pay 168 dollars of road side assistance and wait for about 1 hours. During this issue BP's operator didn't give me any assistance nor help.
Since that day I called BP costumer service several time (about 5 time), and as well the manager of the station, asking for a refound of the road side assistance that I was forced to pay. BP costumer service and the manager of the BP station are telling me that they were get back to me in a certain time frame, but they after more than 15 days state that they will not refound me.

Service was really fast (under 5 min) and with a smile and professionalism

Tuesday 19th of March-
Not one to make bad reviews. Just went to this BP tonight & was beyond shocked by the customer service- the lady with the red hair obviously hates her job but no need to be rude to the customers.

There is no ZERO score unfortunately. Absolutely shocking customer service from this Service Station, time and time again. Today was no different, when I sent my primary school child in to ask to split a $20 into 2 $10 for him to share with his brother for school lunch (2 different schools) and the lady with black hair (8am shift), refused to make the exchange. I had warned him to ask very politely as she was not the kindest lady, which he did and no change in the response irrespective. The last time I requested change so I had some coins for the paid parking at the train station she wouldn't give me change. I proceeded to buy something else (already filled my car up) and she still didn't give me the coin I needed. I am a customer, I fill up my car there and this is the service I receive?
I proceeded to enter the store myself and address the matter, but my advice is DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SERVE PEOPLE! We are locals, kids attend schools in immediate area, get your act together and work with the community or move the hell along!

Told me to unscrew my shark fin antenna to use the car wash. Now the radio is broken and the car scratched.

Slow staff.very very slow service. Heaven forbid they should get busy and often only have ONE staff member serving while the other one d! Cks around doing nothing at all - where he see a huge line of customers, then goes back to d! Cking around doing nothing, then talks sexually derogatory trash on his phone to his 'man crush' (or his girlfriend) couldn't tell what it was! Frustrating for paying customers to stand in a line being subjected to such trash talk.

1 person working - why do we have to wait for you to make 4 coffees (2-3mins p/c) before we get to pay for fuel? Why can't you just be like 7/11 & have self serve machines.would save you & your customers time + money
