This is a semi-decent place, The car wash is on and off but is good most of the time, the lines are a problem though as they get pretty long in the summer time. The truck station is pretty good aswell.all and all it is pretty decent place.

0 customer service. Whoever works on 15/10/21 at night Around 12: 10AM don’t want to serve us
He was sitting on the chair and don’t bother about customer.

Went to food up after work, and doors were closed and locked, they claim it is always open.

Closed and locked doors means you are closed

The car wash is hit and miss in summer it gets incredibly busy with long waits. Sometimes the wheel scrubber doesn’t do a good job and have left a few times with the rinse not taking all the foam off.

Stood at bowser for nearly 10mins approx this morning waiting for operator inside to release bowser operation, however waited more time and what a waste of my time so hung up nozzle and drove off. Not Happy with this service, what if it was a pensioner or disabled person waiting.

Car wash: I have only used this station for its contactless automatic car wash and for that I give it 3 stars. However they need to do something about the queuing system. Entry to the servo is adjacent to the car wash so naturally anyone wanting a wash goes straight for one of the machines and if they are in use queue behind the car being washed. But because of the likelihood of blocking the access to the rest of the servo they have a queuing system that is interrupted by the entrance. Most users don't know this but the smart few patiently wait in line only to be queue jumped by the ignorant.
Spoke to staff and they just shrugged their shoulders.

Got my car washed today did an ok job car wasn’t overly dirty BUT still had dirt left behind. Didn’t even get the rims like it missed them completely.

I did watch the cat in front of my it appears the car wash routine is out of balance

Fuel is usually on the high side but that’s standard across most BP sites. Toilets were clean so was the shop good variety of take away food.

Car wash malfunctioned and ripped paint off our car. Showed the car to the car wash manager but he denied that it could’ve been the wash that did it even though we were on camera. Manager said he would call back after an investigation was completed but he never has. Use at your own risk.

We used the carwash at this petrol station and it malfunctioned and ruined the paint on our car. We tried to be reasonable with the carwash manager who was rude, arrogant and couldn't care less about the situation. He/she was in total denial of the incident so we are now forced to go to small claims tribunal WA. Beware people. He/she has ZERO people skills and needs an attitude replacement. Shame on you BP for employing such ridiculous staff!

I hate adverts in my face and this sevice station puts them in a place you can't get away from. At the Bowser. Won't be going back. Many others to choose from.

I had an issue with the car wash. Les the car wash manager fixed the issue. He want above and beyond what would be expected. Very happy with the result and I will be coming back.

BP always has more expensive fuel than other service stations. Hate how you get charged a surcharge on all credit cards.

The smell of oil and fried things keep me away of this petrol station which otherwise would be the most convenient for me
