BP

After refueling my motorcycle, I went to the night counter to make payment. The staff refused to accept my payment for the fuel unless I took off my helmet. He claimed that: “Its our policy, in case if something bad happen, so i need to see your face”. I wasn't in store, I didn't receive any service, why would i need to take off my helmet? In this case, why wouldn't i just fill up and ride away without bothering to pay and follow your nonsense?

Not sure if actually there are any chemicals on the Premium Car wash option.it always seems like just water only.

I use this BP because it has a carwash that my work pays for. Every time I use it the old white woman on the counter gives me the third degree and makes it a chore and I'm this close to going elsewhere. She says I need to keep my receipts to redeem carwashes but as far as I'm concerned it's all BP so why should I keep a wallet of paper for your bookkeeping? She says to be loyal but then you close the branch for a few months. No other carwash asks for receipt evidence. Then today as usual I pay for the double carwash and ask for 2 stamps. 2 carwash=2 stamps. Not in her eyes. I get one carwash because my next one is free. So I ask for a second card but she won't give me that either. How can paying for fuel and carwashes be this difficult? Get rid of that woman before she drives away all your business.

Today I went to the BP in Morley to fill my 20lt jerry can. The pump registers 24lt and my jerry can is only 20lt. Told told them about it and they said nothing they can do about it and I have to paid for the 24lt. I’ll call accc to sought these cheating people. Unbelievable!

Improve on your customer service! Asking for prices of cigarettes before buying is not a way of annoying the shopkeepers. Went to buy cigarettes and there was an Indian guy who was very rude. Making faces at your customers is inappropriate! Happened on a Saturday 12.03.22. I wonder how these people get jobs so easily, without any customer service experiences!

There is something wrong with the petrol gun here, it leaks fuel before you put the gun in, and it kept stopping during pumping. Not saying it's rigged, but definitely paid more and got less fuel in the tank compared to other petrol stations.

Brought a maxi moccha from BP wellington street, morley this morning and was only 3/4 full! See pic attached. I stop in here most mornings. Very disappointing. Will be telling them tomorrow when I go back in.

Poor attitude and service from staff, don't know what the deal is here, seems to be a thing. I will be filling up twice a week somewhere else from now on.

I went there for the car wash, as I have a bad back, and after a road trip the car sides and wheels were quite dirty.
I asked for the wash with underside jets, and wheel brushes, and they told me to get the premium one, which I did.
When I drove out, I checked the car sides and wheels. The passenger side and wheels were a bit cleaner, but still a mess. The driver side was exactly the same as it went it. Never again.

There are better BP stations in Perth than this one. The coffee was good but staff (older short lady) very impolite and poor attitude. Area around vacuum cleaners very dirty and the overall look of station is average at best. Basic range of products in shop, this station needs an upgrade and better trained staff with a can do attitude.
Very disappointing experience!

Can barely get out of car at the vacuuming spot. These dumbed down university educated architects who are also responsible for shopping centre car parks are the cause of why our cars have dents, scratches and damage. They obviously think parking a car means just slotting into the minimum spot possible and try and slide out like you are a pancake. These architects really help out the insurance scam.

Have had trouble filling up last two times I was there due to faulty triggers, constantly going off and only able to get a trickle coming through with the Ultimate fuel. Press too hard and it goes off. Won't ever use this service station again due to this and no help offered when I mentioned twice in one week to girls at the desk.

Good BP that is well located for convenience. We always go there for the car wash as the wait isn't too long and the price is reasonable. The machine washes the car well and actually cleans most of the dirt and stains off.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience at this BP before.

Pretty standard petrol station in Morley. Offers a little more than the Caltex.

Even though the car wash is a little dated, and could do with some upkeep, it still does the trick. But starting from $15 a pop can be a little steep.

The fuel is always around par. It’s never the cheapest on fuel watch.

Inside, the store is kept pretty clean. The younger staff are almost always nice and friendly but there’s a older employee in there who can be crabby AF at times.

Hot food is stocked well and is usually fresh.
More of a 3.5 Stars then a 4 due to moody lady that always seems to be there also the fact that they’re not super competitive $ wise.

Always great service, wide range of products, food/drink, cafe, etc.
Plenty of petrol bays, air hose, car wash and great quality fuel.
They are also open 24/7 as far as I know which is always handy!
