22Nice service station, very clean and well maintained. The cost of fuel has gone into an insanely ridiculous region. Can't go for long drives anymore with fuel at around $2 a litre. Probably to buy a Tesla, or something battery powered.
I’m very happy about this BP outlet improved their customer service and I like their coffee.
Just got refused a coffee & toastie under the pretence that they're too busy. While there were cars fueling up, there was no one behind me in line, and no one walking in for the entire time it took for me to get back in my car and leave.
Nothing wrong here. But one staff to handle the whole store. Staff has been exploited by saying we take care of them, give them good wages but she has to handle 2 people jobs. If you are in a hurry don’t go bp. 7 eleven is good. They have 2 staff all times
I go to this BP 3 to 4 times a week for coffee and fuel, and sometimes there isn’t enough coffee in the milk. Unfortunately, today I can only taste milk. I honestly don’t want to go back to this BP again.
Not real sure about this BP. I didn't actually visit there. I was visiting someone else who lives close to here so sometimes the place they want me to review, isn't actually where I've been.
Literally the most expensive fuel in the area. Check the Fuel Watch WA website, there's so many cheaper places super close. The only reason I kept coming back was the BPme app. So useful when you don't want to go into the store, can pay in the app with no contact with others. Unfortunately fuel is consistently 15-20 cents per litre more expensive here compared to places down the road.
Tuesday 22/2/2022. My daughter had to use bathroom, so I took her. My daughter has health problems. On our way out, I Contacted my arm on the door. I am a bleeder. I am on medication. I asked for a band aid from staff and the say, we don't have any. I asked if they had first aid box they and thay say yes. But they don't have band aids. Grab a Tissue. Really? What sort of business don't keep a fully equipped first aid box Especially being a petrol station? Not happy.and will not go back.
Neat and clean.but if I was a man the service would of been really good. But the guy was standoffish and walked straight past me signalling another customer to the other register. But the gentleman signaled for me to go first.thanked the other customer very much and paid for my fuel and left.
Male staff at the counter kept harassing me to get his wife a job, me being friendly suggested applying online and gave my email. Nowadays, since I couldn’t help, he’s very rude, serves me with attitude, I’m the one who says thank you. All this because I didn’t get his wife a job. My suggestion, keep personal life seperate when you’re at work, just serve people and let them be. I come there to get petrol, not to put up with weird behaviour. Other staff are very friendly and welcoming. Just my 2 cents, thanks.
When paypass doesn't work.dont say it's the customers card that's failing. Apologize for the facilities failing and move on. I understand it's a stressful time of year and you can only have prepaid but please don't raise your voice at customers
NO AIR. The pump has been out of service for an extended period of time, get it fixed or get rid of it. Other than that, great service, great staff, great store.
Bloke at counter refused a Velocity transaction and tore the Eftpos terminal from my wife's hand
Rudest staff of all BP Australia, should not be in a customer service position.
Just had my first bad experience here. Waited 5 minutes behind two guys at counter another customer walks in and lady serves him straight away. I asked her if she had seen me and first of all she says I thought you were just standing there (?) and then says I thought you were trying to work out the coffee machine that I wasn't standing next to and didn't look at. Refuses to apologise and keeps saying it was my fault and it turns into a full on argument. F the velocity points, I'll be using the Caltex that is cheaper and closer from now on.
First of all why would you wanna go to bp to fuel up as they always have the most expensive fuel but I thought my car was running on vapour and my missus said to get a loaf of bread. So I thought for convenience sake because it’s on my way home I didn’t mind paying a bit more so that I could get that loaf of bread. After pumping fuel that’s 10c more than other stations, went into the store, went around the aisles three times only to be told by the staff that they had run out of bread
Worst customer service ever received!
The attendant didn't even know how to resolve a problem, using f word because his system got frozen by velocity card.
Just hilarious when saying " have a great good day".
Website showed car wash. Drive 16klm to find website is wrong. Being new to the area was very annoyed at waste of time. Then was charged $7.00for a tub of butter. It was an emergency or I would of not bothered, I guess this is one way to pay for renovations.
What a great customer service. Waited more than 10 minutes to authorize the pump by cashier and after that he ask to come in pay first and fill up and there were 4 another fellas who paid for the after filling up their cars and i guess he was just being racist with me just because i am brown. This thing happened around 10: 30pm.
Friendly staff, new format is very nice albeit a bit wasted on Huntingdale. The addition of the Wild Bean Cafe is a welcome change though ️
The driveway onto Matilda Street has a pretty hefty drop off onto the road though and I've seen many cars bang their front bumper
Update - They're fixing the driveway entrance on Matilda St.
The driveway going in off Matilda St is badly designed and damaged my car as I left. A yellow Mustang coped it on the way in. Until this is rectified I will not be returning.
