I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at BP woodwale, I don't remember the representative name but the day was 24th Oct, 5: 20 PM. His attitude towards customer service was very bad. He was disinterested, rude, and unhelpful at all. It was a frustrating and unprofessional behaviour I ever seen in any BP store.

I never take the time to leave reviews for places; however, the Asian woman on today (16/8/23) @2: 30pm was, by far, the rudest and most unpleasant service I have ever received.

One of the best fuel grade around bit dearer but that's ok cause I had the Uber eats delivery driver at I get 12 cents a litre off you haha
If I spend more in still I get more dollars off even better but you got to get on the right day or I go to Puma or shall use RAC card for Centre

There is a problem with the location of the tyre inflation station at this service stations outlet.
A new Macdonalds Store was recently opened next door and the customer car bays are located right in front of the tyre inflation station. This is something that a bit more thought should have been put into as when a BP customer needs to inflate their vehicles tyres it is not always possible do so due to the car bays being occupied by Macdonalds customers.
The tyre inflation station needs to be re-located to a place that BP customers can use it at anytime after buying fuel.

Riley lancaster smith is a very bad person for the job at maccas he should be fired this instant.

It's a service station so they are all the same but the limited access makes lining up for fuel a pain. I had no choice but to park behind another car but unfortunately that meant I blocked off others from accessing other pumps. Very poorly designed.

Well, it’s currently closed so that’s a bit of a problem considering I’m almost empty. Probably be handy if that flagged up when you put it in as your destination….

I love Dawn's review. I too think a good squigee is terribly underrated. My favourite is the clean windscreen comment. Thankful that there will be a Macca's next to it soon so Dawn can whine that her Big Mac was too overdone and the 14 year old cashier did not know how to count coins.

I've been visiting this establishment for years to fill up with fuel and wash the car windows. I had to report to the cashier this morning a complaint. The squeegees need urgent replacing and a clean, soapy water made available to wash windscreens with. A clean windscreen is as important as fuel top-up. Please management, make an effort to address this issue. Thanking you in advance

Very disappointed with the car wash. At $18/superwash I expected a clean car. Instead all that was washed off was loose layer of dirt. All other marks on front and back windows were still dirty and the sides of my car and roof still had bugs stuck to them and bird poo marks. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Won’t be going back for car wash.

Love good service and giving positive feedback, but unfortunately today at around 10: 30, I was served by a very rude and obstinate service attendant. Never again.

Great station, however need payment on the pump or payment window as hard when kids in the car.

Good quick service, even when busy they aim to get you through fast. Car wash with a buy 5 get the 6thcwash free reward program. Products in store can be rather pricey compared to its opposition but if you on need of something urgently after "normal " business hrs, you may be able to get it from here, especially useful with them being open 24hrs.

Dude was wasted behind the counter, and started going on about how he doent have a license.i just wanna pay for my ludicrously priced petrol and go thanks.
