Rhonda Baker has been in HR when I first started mining over a decade ago! See is a hard lined, no nonsense professional who gets results! She fully understands what is needed to fulfill each individual role in mining and is thorough in selecting the right candidate for the position offered. The underground mining environment is unique and not just for anyone! Rhonda knows this. I see some people have made negative comments about Bowden Select.well.if you're offended by Rhonda.that should be a clear indication you're not suited for an underground working environment! The industry should be grateful that it still has people like Rhonda Baker overseeing the recruitment process!
