Botts Compounding Pharmacy

Very professional, helpful and mannered particularly night staff. I needed compound medicine an emergency and they got them ready within few hours normally other pharmacy takes long Upto 36 hours.

After years of good service something has changed and I'm going to another pharmacy the service has gone.

I was so impressed with the service especially with one person she was very helpful with what I needed. All staff was so welcoming and friendly.

Prices not fair. I had to buy my baby's formula in emergency and they charged $29, which i usually get for $20 from Woolworth or chemist warehouse

These place is number 1. They are open 7 days and until late. You can find a lot of things here even it is not a very big place. They have friendly and helpful stafc. Safe place easy access and lots of parking in front of it. Thanks for the good job

After finding out yesterday that there is a nationwide shortage until April 2023, of a medication I require for a life threatening condition, I have spent the past 24hrs ringing and driving around to every possible pharmacy in Perth, to secure a supply to cover me until then. Botts pharmacy had one bottle that they put aside for me to collect. However when I went to collect it this morning they would not dispense this to me because I had had a bottle dispensed already today.
How dare you deny this medication!
I hope you are never in the same situation with a medication that there is NO substitute option for (this has been confirmed with my Neurologist)

Botts Chemist are The best pharmacist around! No fuss! No questions asked about my prescriptions being dispensed all the time. They are very Kind and always polite to me. Priceline and Chemist Wharehouse have Alot to learn from these Real Pharmacist. Shame on Price line and Chemist warehouse. Disgusting service. I will never go back there again. Never.

Unreliable and not very good service, was told that I’ll be able to pick up in just 5 mins and then changed to tomorrow, and gave them a call today and got told it wasn’t really for 24-48hrs. The tone that was used wasn’t very polite as well, hopefully they can improve with this issues

The pharmacist was being and racist he asked me to wait for 20 mins for medical certificate and as i explain my situation he was behaving rudely as i said i am feeling really dizzy as my back was hurting and take rest for 1 day he was like" i cant issue certificate to take rest" i dont know if he dont understand english properly but that was really rude behaviour

Do not go here for compounding. Twice they messed up my cream - large chunks in it. Never had this issue at any other pharmacy with this particular script. Customer service seriously lacking as well.

Great late night opening for those things that always happen after hours.
Friendly staff, knowledgable and helpful. A range of cosmetics, baby nappies and supplies etc

Overpriced, rude and don’t have any compassion. Not helpful with anything whatsoever. Even though it’s open until 11pm I’d rather travel further away to the pharmacy in the city with convenient hours as I am a nightshift worker. They have 100% better service, staff and efficiency. Don’t waste your time going to botts

Open very late until 11 for those emergencies.

Staff have been friendly and helpful on every visit. This is a small pharmacy.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Very very bad customer service. The farmesist is very unprofessional he is very rude and this is what i experienced after going to this place couple of times.

I had a very rough experience at this place. I have provided my prescription to them which they prepared it and then send me msg to pick it up. I went there and asked them to get it for one week only and they said we have already prepared it for two weeks. (which they should ask me before doing it) when i asked for one week the pharmacist become bit rude to me and doctor said for two weeks. What if someone do not want to take it for prescribed time in one go? I agreed to get medication for two weeks and then nobody have explained me about the medication and hasn’t give me any instructions for that which is really disappointing. (Applying suppository for first time is anxious for me and they didn’t tell me anything at all.)

Very overpriced, almost 3 times than Chemist Warehouse! They have robbed me every time I went there. My last visit was for Flagyl antibiotics 2nd repetition (7 days) they asked me for $22 something. When I said them that I bought similar medicine from Chemist Warehouse by $8.99 then the lady, who served me, went back to consult with another team member and came back to me and said the minimum I can do it for you is $12! What a bargain Sunday market!

Called about booster shots - the staff member that returned my call was dismissive and had an unprofessional demeanour.

Possibly just a bad day as other reviews mention excellent customer service, and she wasn't completely rude either. Another positive is late opening hours, hopefully future interactions will be more pleasant.

Love the convenience of this place - it has long opening hours, stocks almost everything you could need, loads of free parking and the staff are always so knowledgeable and friendly.
