A pleasant dining experience on Saturday 23 Sept. Food generous serves and very tasteful. Highly recommended.
Got a good selection of drinks. They have extended their hours so that is good. I believe that it's open until 9pm. If your in need of drinks after that you can get them from the bar at takeaway price.
Though the rooms were old but in keeping with the 60's vibe, everything was clean and worked. Jaz was fantastic when our disabled daughter needed another mattress, couldn't have been more helpful. The food was fantastic, as was the staff. Thank you for a pleasant venue for our holiday.

Rooms were date but cheap, clean and cheerful. The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. I ordered chilli nachos (entre size) which was generous, fresh and authentic. Good vibes, sports on tv and just what you'd expect from a country hotel.
Travelled here a few times now, each time ordering something different from the restaurant and each time being disappointed.
The latest meal being the Chicken Parmi. It was awful, mainly as it was made with undercooked chicken thigh instead of breast.
Stick to the pizza if you don't want any supprises.
Great hotel. Food is outstanding along with the service. The family had the full burger range from hamburger to deluxe steak burger. Recommend them all.
I stayed in a small clean room with a balcony. Food was good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definately the best pub in wongan hills.
Lovely old building but upstairs Room 12 is a shocker with bad, noisy beds. Did not have a good night. Food and service were reasonable.
The Wongan Hills Hotel is a lovely hotel. The building is delightfully Art Deco, with many original features intact. The staff are wonderful and a delight to deal with. And the food is typical of a good country pub - wholesome, unpretentious, and very good quality.
It is far enough off the main tourist traps to be unspoilt, but close enough to take hospitality seriously.
Highly recommend, and on my list of places to return to.
