What’s happened? I’m actually not one to write reviews. The staff used to be so friendly and helpful here, unfortunately my visit this week was not the best. Being in retail and customer service I know how it feels when a customer does not give you the time of day when they are on their phones. So I found it awful and was in shock as a customer that the staff member working was on his mobile phone and continued to talk while he was serving me and barely gave me the time of day. I’m all for supporting local small businesses but this experience was not the best.
