Came in today for permanent jewellery for my partner's mum for her 60th she loved it and the ladies in the store were lovely great vibe and a beautiful little shop wanted all the things

BH2o is a beautiful store with a lovely feel.
I have brought a few necklaces and all the chairs have tarnished within weeks/months and for the price you pay it's quite disappointing.

My friend and I travelled quite far today for a permanent jewellery appointment and to see the store and we’re not disappointed!

Elysse was absolutely lovely and we love our bracelets! The store has a wide range of beautiful things and the atmosphere they have created in store made us both feel comfortable. Definitely a place we wouldn’t mind travelling to see again!

A lovely experience! My family and I are holidaying in the area and I have been meaning to visit after following Botanical H20 on tiktok for ages. A beautifully set out store, so well thought out & every thing looks so pretty.

Spent a while browsing, with the friendly shop assistant there to answer all of my questions. Bumped into Darnoo who was even more lovely in person! <3 (star struck!)

Went in today for a visit and wanting a crystal that will help me with stress, maintaining a balance at work and also a separate stone to protect me from some horrible people/ things in life. Aimee was lovely, as much as I thought I was annoying her by wanting to try on different lengths of chains and re pick crystals to what feels right, she was amazing and helpful, was a longer then usual purchase but because of how friendly aimee was, i will be back.this support and service, unfortunately you don't come by it often! Thank you x

Cannot rate this business higher. I adore their jewellery and the quality of the products. I've ordered a few over the years and they are perfect. ️

I love Botanical h20, from the way it's easily accessible online to the range they have in store. My only criticism is the lack of friendly staff in the store front. Each time I have gone to check out in store, the staff weren't overly friendly or helpful when answering questions and generally didn't put the effort in to smile or make eye contact. It's a real shame as it puts a real downer on the shopping experience. Being front of store, especially check out, there is a big expectation of appearing approachable and maintaining that happy face to make a great ends to the shopping experience.

Want to share my appreciation to Erin and Darnoo for their helpful and speedy responses to my email enquiry today. Always a pleasure visiting the boutique as well. I really love all the beautiful wrapped and droplet necklaces I have bought. Look forward to seeing if you expand and open stores closer to Perth:) xo

Stunning crystal necklaces and fantastic customer service, I’m always blown away by Botanical H20.

I can’t speak more highly of this business, Darnoo and Thor and the range they stock. My son Noah loves visiting the store and will always pick a little tumble stone. I’ve used their products many times as gifts for my own business and for friends. The store is always warm, friendly and simply gorgeous. I need to visit again soon! Claire x

Such a great store. We called in from Bunbury on our way to Perth and Thor and the staff were so welcoming. Could have stayed for hours if we had more time, still managed to get a few sneaky purchases. Looking forward to another visit when we have more time x

Rude shop assistant growled at us like 2 naughty kids for entering her nearly closed door, 15 minutes before closing.
Apparently she was out running errands unbeknown to us.
Not a plesant experience for fathers day and probably will never return even though were locals.
Could have been avoided had she not been LAZY and locked the door or even a sign up.

Have made purchases from the online shop and the pieces are stunning. Can't wait to one day visit the shop in person

Fab shop, touch overpriced but still lovely and I’d be happy to support a local small business, until today.
The staff member out the front was absolutely lovely and very helpful, when asked a question she didn’t know the answer to she went out the back to clarify and was spoken to quite poorly.
