12Extremely slow service, all the chatter boxes at the back kept 10+ customers waiting. Taste was not even good. Won’t come again.
I bought Protein Supreme through the app (9 February at 4 pm). Saw a rude customer took 2 drinks that obviously wasn’t hers. Have to say all 4 staff handled the situation perfectly. Kudos
The worst BOOST EVER! Their service is extremely slow. Please don’t ever visit them

We ordered a smoothie and they didn’t have the fruits needed for it. So they kept us waiting for half an hour, and offered us to change our order!

Very rude staff tonight tuesday the 14th of feb.
Got close to the fridge just attempting to buy a banana bread and being told "we are closed". I can get that but u don t even know what I m after bxxxh!
You were on the phone and there was a jug on the bench full of goodness ready to be blended!
I just wanted a banana bread and would have paid cash!
Got no idea of what a good customer service is.
Usually at these boost bars you get the most unfriendliest staff but this one is different. Pleasant staff with a smile on their faces
Got my usual Two & Five juice, service was swift & friendly. Got my juice in under 5 minutes tops. And they took note of my request of less ice too!
Joel is the best, every time he makes my smoothie it tastes like it was made with love and care. He cares a lot about brilliant customer service and is the reason I choose to get Boost whenever I go to the DFO.

Wanted a quick stop to get a juice, but my partner and I waited 26 minutes for 2 original juices. After 4 confirmations on what we ordered, and numerous people that ordered way after us receiving their drinks, they finally offered us a free medium boost to be used at only 3-4 different Boost locations, all miles away from where we live. Very disappointing experience.
After a long day shopping, my husband and I decided to have a drink and we chose Boost. Little did we know that the guy who was working there (on 26th of June at 5pm) doesn't know how to handle with customers. I was looking at the screen and choosing my juice, when this guy just turned off the screen and walked off. I got so upset and I just left. They close at 6pm and it was 5: 30, so no reason for rush.
