Is a 25min wait for one juice on a Saturday afternoon at one of the most quiet westfields in Perth acceptable?
Order 2 juices which were fine but the experience was dampen by the terrible customer service, 2 blondes complained about having no enthusiasm right in front of us because they were forced to come in early. Our drinks sat in the mixture for 5 mins! As the two just talked. No smiles and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
Around 12pm today. I ordered the Lycharm at boost Whitford shopping. I’m a worker in other shop inside shopping centre and I was very busy today so I was rushing to buy it. The staff took my order was so rude with cold face and no smiling at all. I guessed because I’m Asian? I noticed she was rude to only me. Then the boy called for crush berry but no one come and pick and he looked at the girl who took order and they smiling and they changed to name of the drink from crush Berry to Lychees charm. I didn’t know what happened. The drink is red and it exactly crust berry not Lychees charm because I drink it many time I know what taste like. I have a problem with my throat so I can’t drink berry because so many seeds inside. I couldn’t complain there because I was so rushing go back to work. They can’t lie to customer like that. It’s very bad service. $9 for the wrong drink.
Worst service every single time and yesterday was the last straw. Young girl came to the counter to serve me and as I said hello she decided she hadn’t finished her gossiping session with the other young girl and walked off to chat and I didn’t get served and I ended up walking away. Will no longer be attending boost whitfords!
Lovely customer service from Cory K, I had my kids with me and they were so fussy, he explained each kids menu juice and made the kids laugh. He was very supportive and helpful! All the team was great!
Boost staff made too much.so they gave us a large instead of throwing the extra away! Thanks!
I've been enjoying a boost regularly at the Whitfords store for the last year or so, with Green Tea Mango Mantra being my all time favourite. I like the new location, but much prefer the old layout. I miss the small stools among other things. I'd like to shout out a personal thank you to the staff for the excellent service and the friendly chats. Keep it up.
