Always rotate between the mango drinks, consistently refreshing and relatively fast from ordering to first sip.

All boost smoothie places are overpriced, I wish they were atleast $5, but it was still AMAZING! My favourite is the Razzberry Mango, and I'm a kid so I get a large BECAUSE ITS SOOO GOOD -MUST TRY-

Ordered a power plant protein smoothie today.

Had massive ice chunks in it, super hard to drink.

Please blend vegan stuff a bit longer.

I wanted to post this review due to the amazing customer service I received from Seb. The boost juice in cockburn can be quiet busy due to its great location, I can imagine on young staff this could be very tiring! I had been moving house all day and Seb took the time to recommend me a drink that would give me energy for the move (it was very tasty too!). Thanks for the amazing customer service!

I had asked the counter if they had the drink Mango Lychee Living, which was a previously limited promo drink and not on the regular menu. The employee at the counter said yes and I ordered 2. She then proceeded to ask if we wanted extra lychee for an extra fee and I said yes. We then waited 15 mins only to be given the wrong drinks. They gave us Lychee Lovin' Berry, which was extremely disappointing. They asked us to come to front to clear up the mix up. The employee at the counter assumed that it was lychee lovin' berry despite us repeating mango lychee living as they both had mango and lychee. The employee did not apologise and told us to wait again in line. However, at this point my mum was fed up and asked if we can be prioritised in the line of orders as we had already done our waiting and they had mistaken our order. She simply ignored our request as she did not say anything to her co-workers. We then waited another 15 mins for our drinks to come. When they came, my mum and I could tell that the consistency was off and very watery/liquid rather than a smoothie. And to top it off, both drinks tasted different despite being the same drink and is not what Mango Lychee Living should taste like. I believe we didn't even get our extra lychee for the extra fee that she charged us as well.

It was a very infuriating experience at cockburn boost. I recommend not ordering from here as it's simply is not worth it. If you are, I suggest being very careful when ordering as they tend to make a lot of mistakes.

5 young girls working at once when no one else had ordered and they are standing around talking, doing nothing while waiting for my order.

Served by jasmyn she was super friendly even after the guy in front of me was rude in his tone and on the phone whilst she was trying to take his order. She reminded me I had a free birthday boost, got a protein supreme it was quite tasty, the first drink I got was wrong.

I watched them pour my juice into a dirty jug that had left over contents in the bottom their hygiene standards make me puke

Love the vegan juices here but why do they always open up late
I've waited three times now while they are still getting ready and there's no care factor for customer service

Worst customer service I’ve experienced, I try not to be a Karen this is actually I’m first time doing a review. I ordered a boost after waiting about 5 minutes for the staff to finish a personal conversation after this they continued to talk and took a while to even put in on the blender, after they had a friend come to the counter and ignored the blender even when it was done. I try not to be rude or mean to staff as I do understand what it’s like to work in retail but this was ridiculous. Extremely disappointed with the way I was treated and won’t be going to this boost again. Maybe remind your staff that at work customers don’t want to be waiting when it’s quiet because they are having their own personal conversations

It says open till 9 but got there 8: 08 said they were closed I drove all the way here annoying.

Ordered and waited 30 minutes. They have purposely moved the waiting line behind the order area so you can have huge lines hidden from new customers. Also no numbering system and on multiple occasions I have had my drink taken by others.

Was terrible all the staff were not working and they were all on there phones and they are taking videos of each other and they were very loud and causing a big display for customers and onlookers and there was a staff member on the other side of the counter taking videos of the theatrical display I was a onlooker from prouds i saw and heard it while shopping such bad behaviour

The staff are always so polite and maintain amazing service even when busy. My drinks are always consistently good too

The renovations made such a difference to the flow of the store and the staff are super chatty and lovely!

Amazing experience, the renovation rlly mad a difference and u can tell they all put care into the smoothies they make

Not happy costumer here. I ordered my usual mango tango crush drink and patiently waiting to call my name. Everyone's gone I'm still standing and waiting, one girl asked me if I'm waiting for a drink and I said Yes. She went to the guy who took my order and he totally forgotten my order and he quickly made me one and gave it to me and said enjoy. How come I enjoy the drink not even full and still has some tidbits of mango not a smoothie

Can't hear a single order properly. We said no ice for the kid and the juice had nothing but ice. CASE attitude was like 'what next you need or still going for more' very pushy when there is no one waiting behind. Never again to this one.

Ripe bananas are meant to be used in banana flavoured food and drinks which the staff of this Boost are clearly unaware of. BUT, very kindly replaced my drink when I mentioned it, although they only had green bananas so my new drink had the same problem.
