Boost Juice

Poor customer service, the kids working In there sometimes are charging more then what is the original price displayed, the manager should be replaced.

Love the juices here. Usually there's fairly fast service, even when it's busy the wait is not more than a few minutes (max five to ten mins). A healthy and quick lunch option that fits in well for me on most weekdays during my busy work week. Favourite drinks here at the moment are the 2 and 5 with added ginger, and the Eden Garden Green smoothie minus the mint. Also have really cute takeaway cups you can buy in both adult and kid sizes/styles. There's also a rewards program so you get every tenth juice for free:)

Ordered two juices and received one which was a completely different juice. I guess you got to get the staff some decent mannerism on attending to orders. Pathetic capability you guys are at!

Yesterday, Katie was there on her own and did an excellent job of serving all the customers. Katie has excellent customer service skills, she kept smiling and was under a lot of pressure yet handled it so professionally. Other customers commented how great Katie handled everthing one lady called Katie Superwoman.

I ordered through menulog a Banana buzz and they gave me the wrong order and I think it's appalling - staff do not know how to follow instructions - now I believe the staff need to put on their reading glasses and if I specify a Banana buzz it means that - I wouldn't recommend this place at all - the quality of this wrong order was a disgrace - and I will never ever use this establishment ever again. I suggest that staff think about this and take what I have said on board. NO WAY WILL I USE THIS SECOND GRADE PLACE AGAIN.

This store use to be respectable, before they began trying to squeeze from their customers. The current owners have instructed their serving staff to always offer unnecessary and additional fruits to customer's order. They have been trained to phrase it in ways which seem complimentary but are obviously not. It's absolutely disgusting that these owners are employing such squeeze tactics in their business practice. I implore new customers reading this review to be careful.

Ordered a protein supreme and it was basically a cup of crushed ice with no flavour. I definitely won't be going back there ever again.

First she makes me the wrong juice. Then tries to tell me i ordered the wrong one. Remakes the correct one and insists the first one needs to go in the bin because ive had a sip. Why not just give me the first one instead of wasting it? Thumbs down to sarah. Terrible attitude

37weeks pregnant, I really was craving a boost juice so I was willing to wait 10minutes until 9am when this place should have opened. Well I have now waited 25minutes for someone to turn up and nothing.others have walked away. I hope the person who is supposed to be here isn't being paid for this time.

Someone finally showed up at 9: 25am. Unacceptable. If there was a problem with the delivery as she says, then I'm sure someone could have come and put up a sign at least.

Terrible. 3 young ladies working behind the counter on a Sunday afternoon and they we're more interested in socialising than actually getting orders out in a timely manner.

Had a worst protein smoothie today. No taste at all. I will never buy if I sees her again. She seems lack of skills.

Brilliant service from Si. She was working alone and had the place humming, working very methodically, acknowledging people who were waiting and was very efficient. Best service ever.

Such bad service, the girl, I think her name was sarah was very rude and I felt pressured into having to buy stuff. Will not be coming back and I’m so disappointed in the wait time and price

It's either new management or new staff but this store is so much better now. It used to be awful but my last 2 visits have been exceptional.
Whatever has changed recently, keep it up!
